Awesome shoe fits like a sock and super light weight. Not a long distance shoe but a great triathlon shoe shorter distance shoe. Very comfortable even on the trail. I'm buying another pair for a backup replacement! Oh, and I usually wear a 10 in pearls and I'm normally a 10.5.
Brands I'd also recommend: inov-8, brooks, asics

I have always loved Pearls. These shoes are very light weight. They have a medium width, so if you foot is wide these may be a tight fit. I cut the laces down, but getting the lace lock apart was a little tough. The back collar of the shoe is really low around the ankle, but the shoe surprisingly does not slip in the heel. I have not used in a tri yet. The entry is not as easy as zoots, but is much better than a standard racing flat. You have got to try these shoes!

Great shoe. I used to run with the Syncro Fuel which weigh 10oz and have a nice cushioned heel. The iso trans are amazing, weigh in at 8oz, I can feel the difference 10 miles into run. Nice fit, light weight, comfortable, I get no knee pain or calf pain. Awesome shoe.

I bought these to train and perform in my first triathlon. The moment I put them on I knew these were my new BFF. I carefully measured my feet as suggested on this site (making sure to measure standing up) and it said I needed a 7.5. I usually wear an 8 but I ordered a 7.5 knowing they're to be worn without socks. Perfect fit. I love these and they work great for tri's as there's no socks to mess with and they go on quick. I use them for all my runs now (over 6+ miles a run) and have never had any blisters. Keep in mind this is someone of a minimalistic shoe and does not have as much padding as some running shoes. But for me it's perfect.

This is my first purchase of a Pearl Izumi shoe and I have been very pleased. Good support and the styling looks great. I'm not a heavy runner (more of a cross trainer) and these shoes have been excellent. But them 1/2 size up.

Love this shoe! Most comfortable running shoe I have trained in. Great racing shoe, very light, flexible yet enough cushioning for 10K or longer events. Ventilation is outstanding for hot days, excellent sock-free fit and comfort, works well with wet feet (transition from swim), but requires a bit of extra tugging on at tongue. Otherwise perfect. Speed laces work great. I am tempted to wear this shoe for casual hanging out and travel due to comfort. Did I mention that I love this shoe?
