Overall:

This was the first time I ordered from Zappos. I ordered this as a gift for my daughter. The tote arrived well folded so as not to fold in the middle of the design. It also came very quickly before the estimated given time. I won't hesitate to order from them again. Good job Zappos.

The bag is very cute. I love the characters on the front. I do a lot of travelling to England, so it is fun to have this to remind me when I am back home. It is a sturdy tote, and I use it to carry a lot of things back and forth to work. Since it is usually stuffed to the point of bursting, I have really put it to the test, but I have had no problems with it. The only slight minus is that it is really casual. I would not feel comfortable taking it somewhere upscale.

This is a small bag but really cute. I needed something small to use when I golf. This was perfect. There\'s a small change purse included.

Great bag!I just got my bag yesterday and I love it! There are no pockets inside, which is a downfall, but it's quite spacious. Great size, really comfortable, and really fun colors! I'm really happy with it :)

Great bag, I love paul frank!I loved the last Paul Frank bag I got so I had to get another one when my last one got worn out after 3 years of constant use. I ordered it on a Monday evening and received it Wednesday morning. I couldn't have been more pleased!

ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE!I bought the gold/copper purse (more metallic-looking than the picture) and I LOVE IT! Fun shoulder bag - wish the handles were just a bit longer. I'm over 40 and this fun monkey purse is just SO ME! Lots of room inside. Plan on getting the matching wallet next! Best of all - I received my order in 3 days! Thank you Zappos!

Arrrrrrrr - I love this bag. It is soft and cute and goes with everything in my closet. My only complaint is it a bit smaller than I had anticipated. Other it is perfect!
