I orderd two of these dresses, black and blue. They are the most comfortable dresses I own. They pack really well fit almost perfectly. However, I will have to shorten it a bit as well as shorten the halter part because of my small frame. Otherwise, I seriously love them!

What a great simple and functional dress. I am large on top and it seems to support me well. The fabric is heavy duty, but the cut is stylish and classic. Love it! I am a 6 up top (43d) and a 4 on bottoms and the small fit well.

Love it! Love this dress! My husband (Fiance at the time) bought me this dress as a gift; I loved it so much that I used this as my bridesmaids dress for our May wedding. The girls loved them! I own this dress in black and used the harbor blue for my wedding. This dress can be dressed up or down and is perfect for all occasions. True to size and the tie back allows for adjustments around the bust.

This dress is very comfortable! I love it so much I have two different colors! It has a slim fit and sizes are true. I wear a size 4 pant and the size 4 dress fits perfect. I wore it for a casual day or even a wedding. Highly recommended!

Okay, ladies, you were right, this dress is the bomb! It is super flattering, comfortable, and well made. The fabric is of good quality. I do wish Patagonia would offer petite sizes, as this dress is a tad long for my 5'2" frame, but otherwise, I'm super happy with this dress.

love, love, love, love this dress! easy fit, comfortable, can wear it doing anything! most recently for me, i wore it all weekend while camping. then, the next week, i wore to a bocce ball tournament. and then out for an upscale dinner, to which i rode my bike, in this dress! quick change of shoes and add a necklace and ta da! good to go.

My husband got the email to do the review because he purchased this dress for me as a present. He thought I would make a better reviewer! His review would only state that he thought I "looked great in the dress." Guess that is why he purchased it for me. Just like the other Patagonia dresses I own, this one is a fantastic combination of being a very pretty dress while being both very comfortable and practical. Hard to beat this combination in my book. I am a petite (5 ft tall, size zero or XS) woman, so this dress falls about mid calf on me, however this length makes the dress seem a bit more "dressy". The fit is great. The adjustable tie in the back allows a custom fit. The fabric drapes well and holds up to hot humid summers in my area. I am thrilled with addition of this dress to my other all time favorite Patagonia dresses which are the Margot style. Anytime my husband wants to surprise me like this, I would be quite pleased. He picked his favorite color, the deeper blue. This color is even prettier in person than online. I would heartily recommend the Morning Glory Dress to others. What was so great is that my husband ordered the dress in the evening and it arrived the next day, just in time for my birthday. Zappos, you saved the day for a spouse who was shopping for a present at the last minute. Thank you.

Pretty dress. Fabric is not that comfortable in really hot, sticky weather. Not flattering on small breasted women, but other than that, fits true to size.

This might be the world's perfect summer dress! I am smaller on top than on the bottom and so the adjustability of the tie back was perfect for me. It has plenty of support up top and the halter is well designed and doesn't hurt my neck the way some halters do. The length of the skirt is a little longer than what I usually wear but worked with the fitted top to give an all over elegant look. The color was something I was a bit apprehensive about but I was very pleased at the light navy tone and the slight sheen of the fabric makes the dress easy to wear for more formal occasions.The dress is made very well, and the fabric is of good quality. It is looser in the hips than in the waist but was still flattering even after a big plate of barbecue. This is a go to dress that is comfortable, flattering and can be worn for many years.

Great dress, very comfortable and flattering. Fit is slimming. Fabric is very versatile. I have small breasts, so not much help in that area. And the tie back does not permit invisible wear of a bra. That would be my only minus. Plan on taking it to my vacation in Barcelona.

I ordered this dress because of the name brand and the reviews and was not disappointed!!! The dress is very versatile, dress it up with heels or casual. Travels well, very few wrinkles, just hang it up, and ready to go! No regrets about buying it!

The reviews I read prior to purchasing this dress were super helpful, so I am posting a review in the hopes that it does the same for another person! I am 5'8" and 135 lbs, and can go between a 6 and 8 in most clothes. I also have the post-baby pooch and a small bust, and I went with the 8 because others said it was a slim fit. I am pleased with the fit- I know a 6 would've been too small, esp. in the tummy area. It is a super comfy dress and I will get a lot of wear from it for a long, long time. I plan to order it in another color next summer!

Very nice dress. Fitted and sporty for movement on an active day (gardening, boating, hiking) but still feminine. Great drape, quality material, falls just below knees. I purchased both SM and MD. I am going with the small because I don't want extra material and wanted a snugger fit (5'7", size 6 (34C)). I am a little hippier and found this dress to be not only forgiving, but wonderfully flattering...Definitely getting another color. It'll be one of my "uniforms" in the heat of the summer.

This is a great dress for summer - I wore it to a friend's graduation, which lasted three hours in direct, hot sun, and while others were melting, I was very cool. The fabric is amazing - definitely wicks moisture away - but the dress is still refined enough to be worn to a dressier event. The dress fits beautifully, form-fitting through the chest especially but not too tight (and not too long - I got a small and am 5'2", and still had some leg to show...). It is already getting a ton of wear and is great for travel packing. I also recommend the Patagonia Bandha dress - a little more refined and the same great fabric!

I bought this dress for graduation in May and everybody loved it! I love it too! It kept me cool when I was in my gown. I loved how it fit too! It works well with heels and even cute black flip flops. I’m a size 4 and I ordered a small. It fit great.

This is the best dress I've ever purchased! Fit is VERY flattering, but it does hug curves. Size up if you’re self conscious. I've thrown it in the washer and dryer, then rolled up and packed. Came out great. I liked it so much, I bought another color!

Nice dress but won't hide a pooch - This dress is very nice if you are happy with your mid-section. I bought it hoping it would help hide my nearly gone post-baby tummy. However, even though I fit into my pre-baby jeans and clothes, this dress wasn't flattering on me (size 6, 5'7'') right now so I'm returning it. I bought it in the berry color -- it may have worked for me in black but I will wait until I'm back in shape before purchasing it again.
