The Cap 3 material is great! Warm and not bulky. Much better than fleece.

I buy this product every year in both the crew and this zip neck. Have never found a more breathable, comfortable, and long lasting product for under all the gear that kids wear while skiing. And we ski a lot. After a day of skiing, you should see the number of kids running around the lodge in nothing but their long underwear and ski boots, and most of them are Patagonia capilene. Thanks for overnight service of this amazing product. You simply are the best online service anywhere.

I got this Patagonia kids Capilene few weeks ago. The pattern of this style is regular fit and I wish it would be relaxed fit because it won't feel so fitted to the body. The style is simple and can be worn under a jacket as a thin layer top.
