Patagonia's values reflect those of a business that started as a band of climbers and surfers who wanted to stay out as long as they can, doing what they love, no matter the weather. Patagonia's design approach to every product, from technical shells for snow and ice, to moisture-wicking underclothes, to everyday clothes, demonstrates a functional bias toward simplicity and utility. Quality is impeccable, and the guarantee lifelong.
Patagonia's love of wild and beautiful places demands participation in the fight to save them and to help reverse the steep decline in the overall environmental health of the planet. They use organic cotton; most polyester is recycled. They give moral support - and 1% of sales, $25 million to date - to hundreds of grassroots environmental groups in the U.S., Europe and Japan.

This is another well made piece by Patagonia. It's windproof and it's very light. The openings for the arms are finished with a stretchy material that hugs your arms slightly. It's stitched the same way the waist hem is stitched on the Nano Puff Pullover. The pockets and the front zipper have taped seams. It also has an adjustable waist hem cord . I find this the perfect solution to anyone out there that heats up more in the arm area and not the body. I'm not giving this 5 stars because it doesn't fit my body perfectly.

Very surprised at the low quality of this item! In two instances, item was received with small tears in seams with down leaking out. Weak stitching or thin material, not sure what the issue is, but I'm not convinced this would hold up to even street wear for more than a few months. If you wear this like it is intended, for outdoor activity, one little tree branch is all it would take for a nice nasty rip in your beautiful new vest. Also, beware, the sizing is very off on this item. Definitely order a whole size down if you decide to go with this. Personally I'm checking out other offerings by North Face or Marmot. If I'm spending this much on a vest, I'd like it to last a few years.

Light weight, but very warm. Quality is first class. Not only would I buy this item again, but I will in different colors.

Awesome! I gave this vest to my husband for Christmas and he hasn't stopped wearing it since. It is very thin yet still warm. We traveled to Colorado for the holiday and he wore it out at night instead of a coat. True to size!

Very nice vest. I'm visiting Canada and this vest is perfect for layering. It fits true to your normal size. It's not puffy, extremely lightweight, snug but comfortable and warm and soft. It's a little pricey but worth it if not on a budget.
I'd also recommend: Timberland and Carhartt
