Finally, Patagonia is making the Capilene 3 Midweight Crew long enough! Now when I bend over the Capilene is long enough and doesn't ride up. It's also nice to be able to tuck the crew in on colder days on the mountain. I have worn the Capilene 3 Midweight Crew for years and it keeps me warm and moisture free during skiing. I also wear it on colder days on it's own or under sweaters if it's really cold. I usually wear a medium or large in t-shirts, and this is a slimmer fit. I purchased the large because I don't like it form fitted. I have the purple one (an awesome purple color) and love to wear it with my black Capilene 3 long underwear. It's a great layering piece in colder weather.

I bought a s/m. I was replacing an old one that I wore out, while this new shirt works very well. It was tighter in the sleeves.

Purchased this in magenta and green for a trip to New Mexico in December. I ordered a size larger thank I usually wear so I could layer under it. The shirt is comfortable and kept me nice and warm. I wore them hiking, running, playing in snow (temps ranged from 20s-40s). The wicking action kept me dry and warm.

About Patagonia
Patagonia's values reflect those of a business that started as a band of climbers and surfers who wanted to stay out as long as they can, doing what they love, no matter the weather. Patagonia's design approach to every product, from technical shells for snow and ice, to moisture-wicking underclothes, to everyday clothes, demonstrates a functional bias toward simplicity and utility. Quality is impeccable, and the guarantee lifelong.
Patagonia's love of wild and beautiful places demands participation in the fight to save them and to help reverse the steep decline in the overall environmental health of the planet. They use organic cotton; most polyester is recycled. They give moral support - and 1% of sales, $25 million to date - to hundreds of grassroots environmental groups in the U.S., Europe and Japan.
