These were super comfortable, they felt like walking on air. They provide good arch support, and are soft, and supple. Also American Podiatric Medical Association approved. These are great find! I have to return them only because of a size issue. Otherwise I would have kept them.

These shoes have compelled me to write my first review; they are amazing! I bought them for an upcoming vacation to a cool weather European city. I was looking for an alternative to sneakers; water resistant, supportive walking shoes. They did not disappoint! They are comfortable right out of the box, no breaking in needed, and are sturdy and supportive like Dansko clogs, but with more cushioning. They are perfect for long days on my feet! They look cute , although not what I would call stylish, and great for the fall season. I teach in a museum and walk at least two miles on city streets every day, so I expect I will be wearing these long after the vacation is over.

These are the cutest shoes ever! However, I ordered a 9, which is usually what I wear, and the backs slide off my feet when I walk. I read this in another review, so I wasn't surprise, but oh so disappointed. I tried them with various socks...but to no avail. I will try to exchange for a size smaller but I suspect they will be too small. What a shame. Otherwise, these are fabulous shoes...and I usually only buy one pair of good shoes every half a decade.

I really loved the style of these shoes. They were so cute but rugged looking. I wear a 6.5 and my heel did slip out like other reviewers stated, so I ordered a 6 and it was too tight. Then I found that my pinky toe was just jammed and it would have been just too painful to break them in 'cause the leather is thick and stiff. Sorry I had to send both back. But Zappos is the best!

Cute shoe, but oddly tight across the forefoot, even with the adjustable buckle. I think a slightly lower heel would be more comfortable for walking over uneven surfaces, such as cobblestones.

I wanted something stylish and professional yet comfortable enough to run through the airport. These shoes were worth every penny, and they look good with nice pants or jeans. I love these shoes - they were comfortable the first time I put them on - no breaking them in. I needed some shoes that went well with both skirts and slacks and could handle the icy, snowy conditions we have up north. Very good quality - love them!

These shoes were very well made and looked really cute on but I had to return them. I couldn't keep them on my heel, I kept walking right out of them and a smaller size wouldn't work. They fit well, except for the heel. I'm sad that they didn't work out but Zappos is great. I'll shop with them again and again.

Nice style but runs small by about a half size. The toe box is cramped. I dont think the Patagonia last is suited to my foot (6B).

I work in a clinical healthcare setting and, these are the first shoes I ever been able to wear for three 12's in a row and have my feet still feel completely comfortable. The wedge and the little strap make this a really cute and comfortable work shoe. I also have a high instep and the strap hits low enough that is not restrictive at all. I did not size down as some of the other reviews suggested, and it does slip a little in the heel but they are still comfortable to walk in like a clog.

I usually don't wear shoes like this, but I have a newborn and needed a non-gym shoe for when I take him out in the stroller. I tried on four other brands, and these were by far the most comfortable. It's a great shoe for extended walking when you don't want to wear gym shoes.

Not as cute as expected. Rubs uncomfortably on the top of the foot at the front of shoe. Comfortable footbed!

I bought this shoe in the color "cattail", and I am going to return them. The color is very dull, and the shoe just isn't attractive. It ran big, and while I love clunky, funky shoes, this pair just didn't look sharp.

Cute shoe. I needed a 1/2 size smaller (5 1/2 instead of 6), but Zappos got it to me post haste. Looks great with work clothes, also with skirts. Some breaking in period with rubbing on the back of the heel, but otherwise a great fit.
