A few reviews said that this jacket ran big so I bought a medium. This was way too small! I exchanged it for a large and it was perfect.

I am a size small. Chest - 36, neck - 15, waist - 30. After looking at the size chart on Patagonia I ordered a small. When I got the item, the chest and torso fit great, but the arms were backward - a couple inches too long, and seemed a little big in circumference. Also, the color didn't look like the nice brown in the picture. The "hickory" looks in real life more like a army/turtle shell green with a brown tint. Don't like this color as much as the brown in the picture.

Awesome jacket at a great price for the value. Medium fit perfect and was able to wear a thick sweater underneath, I normally wear a large and am 6 ft and 160 lbs and the arms were the perfect length in a medium and the jacket has a more performance and function wear than other North Face jackets.
