This was the perfect purse for travel abroad. It was pickpocket proof, lightweight and had separate compartments for carrying my camera, documents, cash, a comb and a lipstick. I would recommend this for anyone who will be abroad. Great product.

I have not 'road-tested' this bag yet but will be doing so in 3 weeks on my trip to Italy. Having traveled Europe in the past and had my purse literally ripped from my shoulder, I decided to try this bag to prevent that from happening again. It's construction is as advertised...seems pretty secure (but is anything 100% secure?) and especially like the adjustable crossbody strap. Have tested how much/little this bag really holds and know I will have to be minimalist in my approach. Had to change wallet to a much smaller size but that's really okay because the savvy traveler wears a money belt anyway (learned that a long time ago!). When I return from my trip I will be able to give a more detailed review.

I am very satisfied with the service from Zappos. My product came in the time frame that I was told and was packed properly. The item I had purchased was a Pacsafe purse for travel, and am so liking it that I use it everyday. It gives me the feeling of having my important items safe from theft, and it is light enough to where I do not need to ever put it down and am able to keep my hands free for anything that comes up. With theft up in any city, it is an extra step to only carry whats needed and the feeling of it being safe. Small enough to be worn under light sweater or jacket also. Everyone should have one, I am planning only getting another soon, along with the safety wallet.

I bought this purse for security during my European travels. I already own a PacSafe back pack. I found this purse just right for my travels. The material is light which makes it comfortable to carry. I was able to keep my money in one of the zippered pouches under the secure flap, then in the back pocket that is velcroed I could slip my camera and cell phone in and out easily. The only complaint is that above the velcro closure, is a fabric loop and that has frayed as it has been caught in the velcro. This is a minor flaw that does not affect the use of the purse. I wish it was just a little shorter in length as I am short and don't like to carry long purses but it served it's function very well and I felt safer carrying it.

After significant research on slash proof, secure travel handbags, I purchased the SlingSafe 100. Zappos shipping was amazingly speedy, and the purse exceeds expectations! It's simply a perfect size for travel (USA or overseas/sight seeing or air travel), is secure, and incredibly light weight. Would highly recommend!

I purchased this bag to use on a trip to Europe (Italy, Spain and France) because I had been warned about people having their handbags slashed or pulled off of them. After reading the reviews and specifications of this handbag, I decided it was exactly what I needed, and it was! It was the perfect bag, not too small and definitely not bulky even with my all my stuffing it. I will definitely use this every time I travel abroad (and even locally if going to a place such as Disney World, etc. I would highly recommend this bag especially if traveling abroad.

I just recently returned from a trip through Italy. I purchased both the Pacsafe Sling and a small backpack. I absolutely loved both! Carried everything I needed on a daily basis and felt safe. Several pockets for options and each item accessible. It was lighter to carry than other backpacks I have had and waterproof, too. I got lots of compliments as well.

Pacsafe Slingsafe - I travel with students abroad and in the state's..I recently used this bag in Wash. DC...It was roomy enough for a small wallet, cell phone, camera and daily essentials...the true test will be if there is enough room to carry 10 passports for students this summer in Europe. The bag was easy to access and I felt very comfortable with the closures and security while carrying the bag. It was also lightweight and rain resistant...Thanks for a great bag.

Love this bag - I bought this because I needed a small bag that could slip into my backpack. It makes a great small purse, waterproof and enough padding to safely put my iPhone in the front zippered pocket, and sunglasses, keys and a slim wallet in the middle. It has a thin profile and fit nicely in my backpack on top of my laptop. The slash proof strap etc was an extra bonus...nice feeling of security when you’re in an urban environment.

Perfect for my trip to Paris! This purse was exactly what I needed for my recent trip to Paris. I was able to carry my Palm T/X and my Motorola Razr cell phone in it as well as a slim credit card/money holder and several other things. I liked the fact that the strap was easy to snap on and off so that I could slip my small camera bag strap onto it and carry them together hands free. It was very comfortable over my shoulder and I felt very secure - luckily I did not run into any pickpockets, but I am sure it would have been safe if I had.

It works - I bought this to take on two trips: a test-drive cruise and a longer trip next spring to Europe. We've been on the test-drive. It's great to travel with, convenient, small, stays clean, easy to use. Passports in the zip pocket, phone, new teeny wallet and extra cash in the inside and classes and ticket on the outside pocket. Now that I'm home, I'll probably continue using it. We'll see. If not, I may get the slightly larger Pacsafe 200.

Slingsafe 100 - I took the taupe Slingsafe 100 to India last year, and felt totally secure everywhere I went. The purse is a handy size, and there was room enough for everything I needed when I was out and around. Separate compartments held passport, cash, and credit cards. The only things I didn't like were the shiny taupe material, which got dirty very quickly and didn't clean easily -- and the loop closure on the front. I'm about to purchase a black version for travel so the dirt won't show. I wish Pacsafe would make this same bag in the Citysafe handbag material.

Great travel/shopping bag - I purchased this because I am planning to go to Italy soon and still wanted to carry a purse that wasn't too big and wouldn't easily be stolen/accessed by pickpockets. I loved the look of it (I purchased the sage one) and have used it twice so far. Just the right size and I love the security features. Can't wait to take it to Italy with me!

I ordered this for an upcoming trip to Europe, but have been using it around town for shopping, etc. I'm impressed by how much stuff I can fit in this relatively small purse and love its light weight, plus all the security features. I'd have given it 5 stars except for the design on the zipper to the main compartment -- when fully opened, it tends to get wedged down into the space between the zipper and the purse, making it a bit of a chore to fish it out to close the purse. It's just a little annoying.

I like this bag, which I got in black. The strap is long enough that I can loop it around my neck and walk without having to have at least one hand holding on to the strap. Lots of pockets. I wish it were just a tiny bit bigger, but it will do. I plan to take it traveling to France soon. Also wish it came in a nice blue color.
