Handy, takes a little getting use too. BE CAREFUL as everything is S H A R P. Also, ALWAYS use the 4 prong holder or you will be sorry!

I find this product to be very effective. I was surprised at how well it performed as I had just sent a Mandoline slicer back to a company because all it did was make tomato juice when I tried to slice tomatoes, but this one made great slices with anything I tried. Good product!

Exactly as advertised. Very easy to use if you read the instructions, and very nice way to prepare healthy food. Keep the instruction booklet, you will need it!
Brands I'd also recommend: XOX is the best!
