I love OXO products and their knives are great. However, I bought this as a gift for my mom and I wish I would have known that there are 2 empty slots on this block. It makes the set look incomplete. I ended up having to buy the 6 inch chef's knife and the 6 inch utility knife separately in order to complete the set. Without them, there are 2 slots that are unfilled and it makes it look like you lost 2 knives.
