I bought this backpack to use for college (to replace my beat up Oakley). I was highly disappointed. It is a well-made pack, but it is not designed to haul heavy college books and binders. It's a bit flimsy in my opinion. If you want to use this as a travel/day backpack, it is perfect. I returned it as soon as I received it.
I'd also recommend: Oakley, Puma, Reebok, Marc Jacobs,Givenchy

I have been looking for a do it all bag that I can take to work, the gym or take hiking and this has been a good choice. I have another Osprey pack that is more technical, but too large for day to day use. Osprey is a fantastic company, the bags are well built and well thought out. There is plenty of storage space with separate compartments and it can cinch up if you don't need to cut of side to side movement when in use. I was concerned that the back panel and the thin belt would not be substantial enough for use in the woods, but I am wrong. So far, it does a good job of staying with me and holds everything I need for light hikes or day packs. Overall, it has been a great choice and I look forward to lots of years of use.

This is the most awesome backpack I have ever owned, except maybe for the chairpak, but I can't use that day-to-day.

I purchased this backpack for a cruise I was going on that had two planned excursions. It was a lifesaver. The bag overall is very light and very functional. The bungee system came in very handy as did the sliders to expand the bag if needed. The backing is a little hard so when you place the backpack on the floor it tends to tip over. Even though the backing is hard the bag itself is very comfortable, and doesn't leave you feeling like you have a pack on your back. Some of the stitching seemed less than stellar, untrimmed threads etc. However they didn't have an affect on the functionality of the bag itself.

Great backpack! Has space for my laptop and plenty of space for books. It's also great to take out camping because of the super comfy shoulder straps. I will be getting more of these.
