- AirSpeed™ Suspension system consisting of a LightWire™ alloy frame and 3-D tensioned breathable mesh backpanel with crescents for side ventilation.
- Cross struts provide excellent flex.
- BioStretch™ Women's Harness features mesh-covered cool perforated waffle foam contoured to fit comfortably on a woman's torso. This sewn-in harness is wider through the collar bone area with a taper in the chest area and offers women-specific sizing.
- Slide adjustable sternum strap.
- BioStretch™ sewn-in hipbelt features a women-specific cut and cant with mesh-covered cool perforated waffle foam and ErgoPull™ closure. The hipbelt is canted to ride securely on a woman's hips and has a narrower cut allowing for shorter hip to rib distance. Women- specific sizing accommodates women of all sizes and shapes.

Of the Osprey backpacks, this one is in particular designed for women. It's very comfortable and very lightweight, but in turn doesn't pack as much as a heavier pack. While I haven't yet taken it on my overseas treat, in my packing preparation this pack has plenty of space, nice compartments.
