Apparently I have never had a shoe with a decent arch support. These are great! First thing I change into when I get home from work. Really bummed that it keeps snowing in NJ. I can't wait to wear outside. Comes in whole sizes. bought a half size down. Perfect!

I'm a person that loves to be barefoot but because of plantar fasciitis, a tendinitis and a stress fracture in my foot, I had to find something for support. I figured these were as close to barefoot as I can be! I love them...they provide great arch support, are adorable and cushion the heel comfortably. I usually wear a size 10 and bought that but wish it came in a half size as it gives me a little more room on top than necessary but it's not an issue. Also, it took a few days to get used to the toe thong as it was a little tight but it's loosened up. Thanks Orthaheel for letting me wear flip flops again and thanks Zappos for your usual stupendous customer service!

I love these because they are the only sandals I've found that I can wear without orthotics. I need wide shoes and can only wear the unisex size. I would own several pairs if the more feminine styles were available in wide.

These are the most comfortable and supportive shoes of any kind I've ever worn. I dearly wish I lived somewhere where I could wear flip flops all year long. These are not your average flip flops.

I have very wide and flat feet. These shoes are definitely wide enough for me. I normally wear 9 1/2, but I ordered a size 10, and they fit perfectly. If I had gone down a size they would have been too small. They have excellent arch support, and for someone with flat feet like me, it takes some time getting used to, but the support is good for posture and back problems. They are always by my door ready for me to slip on and go. Would derfinitely buy them again!

Have worn these sandals for the past couple of years and was excited to try a wider (finally being offered) size. Width was great but strap was way too loose, will return and order regular width.

Ahhh! A sandal that gives me arch support! I wear 8.5 wide and the size 7 mens fits perfectly. And of course, Zappos service is always outstanding!

Bad fit, the foot band over the top was too tight and the toe piece was so painful. Could not adjust. Sadly, had to return.

For the past two summers once I put my sandals/thongs on I have experienced horrible foot and let pain with cramps both in my chins and calves. I decided to try Orthaheel thongs. So comfortable! I usually wear a women's 9.5 and ordered up. A bit big but they stay on my feet well and totally cushion my walk. Bought in brown the next day!

I love the Orthaheel Wave sandals, but these do not fit as well. The strap is too tight and does not allow for my feet to swell during hot months. If you have thin feet, they'd be great.

If you live in your flip-flops all summer like I do, these are the sandals for you. Unlike all those other flat flips, these shoes give your feet support and you can wear them all day in comfort. I'm into my second season with my Waves and they're holding up great - and I literally wear them every day. They're my go-to shoes. They cost more, but they are worth every penny!

I've had these flip flops for 2 years now and they are super comfortable. I can walk and stand in them all day with no pain and the support is still like new even after daily wear almost all summer. They aren't the most stylish, but they aren't ugly. Just plain flip flops that go with everything. I wear one full size down than my typical shoe.

This is my second pair because I wore the first pair out! When you first put them on, they are hard. As you wear them soften up and are more pliable. I love these flip flops. I do wish they came in more colors, but I still buy them anyway.

For several years I've relied on Crocs Relief as a comfortable shoe for my achy, hard to fit feet. I'm delighted to find a supportive flip-flop in a large wide size for the summer. It would be nice if Orthaheel offered a sandal with a backstrap for secure city walking.
