After trying dozens of brands and styles, this was the only shoe that cured my 2-year old heel pain. Only thing I'd like this shoe to have is the same kind of aggressive arch support that the Orthaheel sandals have; the shoe's included footbed provides decent arch support but not as powerful as the sandals.

I have chronically sore feet from standing on concrete at work for 8-12 hours. This shoe has helped tremendously. It's weird that as I wear the shoe longer throughout the day, it gets more comfortable, not less. Very happy with these, so much that I got a pair of slip ons from them that are more comfortable yet.
Brands I'd also recommend: Brooks, Reebok flex

Six months ago I purchased a pair of Orthoheel Biofit Lites with velcro and laces. A bit skeptical at first but wow have they really worked out well. I play almost a hundred rounds of golf a year and changing from golf to Ortho Walkers is a snap you really should consider making a golf shoe and when you do I want several pairs the beauty of the shoes. I have is no one knows they are velcro.
Brands I'd also recommend: Johnson Murphy chucka waterproof boot (OUTSTANDING BOOT I visited 15 German cities in 14 days walked over 12k yards every day after full hip replacement surgery 5 months earler cobble stone streets and all rained nearly everyday WHAT A BOOT THE VERY BEST EVER in my youth I was a passionet woodsmen and worked on farms worked large veggie gardens and more

These shoes do not have the great arch support found in the orthoheel flip flops. The arch in these walkers is just in a small area--the flipflops have a longer arch that covers the whole arch of my foot. I had to return them.

The rubber has separation on the sole after a few days of wear. I have worn out two previous pairs of this shoe, and the sole on the old shoes are better than the ones I have purchased lately.
