Comfort and style! I love the support and comfort of these sandals, because I have very flat feet and usually wear custom orthotics which required me to wear ugly sneakers all of the time. These sandals have given my feet the freedom to look good again, without the pain. These are very cute without being clunky looking. I love the look. I love the support. I will buy more more Orthaheels. Lots more! I also love Zappos return policy, so if I buy a pair that isn't exactly what I expected I can return with no shipping fees. That is a huge plus. But so far have not needed to return anything. And did I mention how great these sandals are also because they are adjustable, allowing a true custom fit. You can't go wrong with these.
I'd also recommend: not sure yet.

These shoes are fabulous! I have not been able to wear sandals for any length of time previously but with the great arch these shoes have, I can wear them all day. Thank you Orthaheel and Zappos!

Love the Arch support in this shoe & the cute dressier design. I have Plantar Fasciitis and very high arches. Normally I can only wear the Orthaheel Tide's but these have just as good arch support & run more true to size than Tide's. I think Tide's run 1/2 size too big. Very very happy with this purchase. Thinking of getting another color!

I bought my first pair of Porto III slides a year ago and they were so comfortable that I ordered this second pair. I have had major surgery on both feet with metal parts added. The Orthaheel slides have been perfect for giving support and comfort. I wear an 8N so the adjustable straps make for a perfect fit, even for my skinny feet.

Had to toss all my flat sandals due to plantar fasciitis. Wore the orthaheel all evening and no soreness. Since they look a little dressier, they can be worn for many different occasions.
