I bought these to go with a pair of Asics sneakers because my old pair and old orthotics needed replacing. I have narrow feet, high arches and tend to really over-pronate. Generally I found these very comfortable once I got used to the change in arch support. The only real complaint I have is that for people with larger feet (I wear a women's 12) the side arch really doesn't support my arch at all. While after a few days wearing them I got used to it I'm still not sure if it's going to become more uncomfortable with time. However, so far so good and I've definitely put on a lot of miles in just a few days.

Comfy & enjoy the ability to move in & out of my shoes. I have high arches and need extra support, each day I use them my foot soreness lessens. I've been back packing which requires long hours on your feet.

Love these inserts, fit in many types of shoes and boots. Love Orthoheel s! Since using their products, my knee and heel pain has been greatly reduced.
I'd also recommend: Birkenstock

I was expecting support like I get in the Orthaheel shoes, but these are so squishy that my feet easily flatten them. If you need only moderate support, or don't need a lot correction for pronation, these might be pretty comfortable. But don't spend the money if you are looking for a firm insert.

I didn't like these, but didn't bother to return them. They're too big for everyday shoes. They might work in running shoes but that's not what I needed them for. Also, not particularly comfortable.
