I like the looks of this shoe; however it is extremely narrow compared to all of the other flip flops I own. I wish it came in wide width.

I was so excited when I opened up the box when they came! They resembled my Muir Sport Recovery Sandals which I absolutely love. The style is great, the sole and arch support are great, but the overall width is too narrow. All other Orthaheel sandals I have bought have been the normal width and fit. These however, are too narrow; the strap is just too tight and you can't adjust it. I could only wear these for two minutes and decided to return these.

I found myself in San Francisco with only these shoes on my feet when the group I was with decided to walk the Golden Gate Bridge. Against my better judgement, I joined them. To my surprise these shoes took me across and back in total comfort.

Love these! The Orthaheel Tide (and Orthaheel insole) has worked miracles for me, while other Orthaheel styles (until this one) have been disappointing (don't quite fit right, rub in the wrong places, too wide, unattractive). The Cascade has a little less arch than the Tide, but enough that they are still very supportive. The upper is leather, plus the bungee which doesn't really do anything (I was worried it would rub, but I don't even feel it). I'm thinking these will be my around town flip flops, and the Tide will be for the beach.
I'd also recommend: orthaheel, earth, chaco

Cute sandal but does run narrow and feels very snug. I wear a medium but this sandal is a bit tight.

Best flip flop for plantar fascitis. Excellent arch support. As reviewers have said runs more narrow which helped me select this flip flop. The Orthaheel tide, while very comfortable, runs too wide for a medium to narrow foot. Wish the price was similar to the tide but for painful feet a must have.
