The sandal was too large across the foot. I could stick two fingers between the top of my foot and the sandal strap. I've never had that problem before with any shoe/sandal.

The arch support in this shoe is great, and the bed of the shoe is comfortable. However, the leather upper is too stiff, and dug into the top of my foot. It makes the shoe unbearably uncomfortable. I had to return it. I plan to try a fabric upper next time.

I love Orthaheels and was happy to see some new styles that are a little dressier than the regular flip-flops. These are very comfortable, give great arch support, and are lighter-weight than they look. I was afraid they might be a little too "old lady", but every time I wear them I get a compliment from a 20-something saying how cute they are. I plan to wear these with skirts in Europe this summer, after a little breaking in.

I have huge problems with pronation and collapsing arches. I have to wear a full heel cup orthotic, which has helped me amazingly, but precluded being able to wear anything approaching an attractive summery sandal. I ordered these and am so pleased and amazed!! I love these shoes! They may not be great for a lot of walking, for someone with problems like mine, but they are perfect for wearing out to eat or to a party where I want to look nice and don't have to walk. I plan to buy as many of their styles as I can afford.

This sandal worked very well for me as I brought them on a Caribbean cruise in March. Great arch support for my flat feet, yet stylish. Good for going to the pool, good to wear with capris, skirts, etc. I usually wear a size 8 shoe, but the size 7 was perfect, so consider going down a size.

Love the footbed, a 5 for sure but the leather is rough around all the edges, against the top of my foot. It is breaking in but is the sort of thing you hope not to find in an expensive shoe. Hence the 4. Arch support is really above moderate for a flip flop but I ordered Chacos too and they, in comparison have high, excellent arch support.

Love these shoes! Great arch support for my flat feet! Finally, cute flip flops I can wear that don't aggravate my plantar fascistic. I usually wear an 8-8.5. I ordered an 8 and they fit great. Fit is snug across the instep, but not tight. This is my 3rd pair of Orthaheels! Love, love, love!

Looked a little cheap. My foot is a medium width and the strap was much too large to keep my foot in the shoe. I wear an 8.5 but ordered an 8 which fit perfectly in length. Going to return these and try a different style.

These are the most comfortable flip flops I've ever worn. You have to get used to the aggressive arch support. At first they seemed strange, but now I don't want to wear any other shoes. Cons are the material used in the footbed surface is not very durable. I've only had them a few weeks and they are starting to look a little roughed up. The strap made my foot black at first.

As with the other Orthaheel sandals, the arch support and soles of these are good. However, the uppers of these sandals are way too high and wide for the shoe. They give zero support on the top. (And I have a normal medium foot with a normal instep.) They are also very rough on the edges, irritating the top of my feet and also the thong piece between the toes is rough and irritating. It's a shame because I have the regular flip-flops and I really like them. These are dressier looking so I was looking forward to getting them. Very poorly made. A big disappointment. Also FYI, in the pictures, these almost look like sort of a high-heel version of the other Orthaheels - but they're not - the soles are the same design as the flip flops. I was happy about that when I opened the box but unhappy with the discomfort of the uppers when I put them on. Back they go.

I have plantar fasciitis and this sandal has enough support that I can wear them a lot during the summer. I love Orthaheel products, wish they had more shoe choices, but their sandals are awesome.

This style of Orthaheel shoe is one of the most comfortable flip flops that I have ever had. I only wear Orthaheel shoes because of my planters fascias. This will be my walking shoe on vacation. Love it.

The sole of the sandal is great. I have a high arch and it fit nicely, however, the upper is made of plastic and rubbed the top of my foot raw - don't understand why they don't use a better material like suede or leather.

Orthaheel has saved my feet! I dreaded summer because it is so hard to find flip flips with the right arch support! This is a cute style with all the comfort of a built in orthotic. It runs slightly smaller than the other styles or Orthaheel, but not so much a different size is needed.

These are cute, but the strap is a little loose and doesn't sit on top of my foot. There are gaps on both sides. But could be because of my flat fleet pulling them down?
