Original Penguin Reviews
I bought it as a gift for my boyfriend, but then it was so snuggly I kept it for myself to sleep in. Shh!
Shoes fit great. Most important to me is knowing the great customer service that Zappos offers. They make it a pleasure to shop online as they are always willing to help if something is not right.
Nice fitting sweater. Fits a little smaller than expected, had to go up a size from what I normally wear.
I really love the color of this sweater. It is very eye catchy, but the only problem is that the sweater runs short on the torso. I thought the length of the sleeves were fine, but not the torso length.
I love these shirts. They are very soft. They are my absolute favorite to wear. They are so comfortable. The quality is great.
Bought this sweater for my hubby and it's great. True to size and beautiful, bold color. It seems like it might be itchy without anything underneath but he always wears a button down or tee under his sweaters.
I asked for a Medium and they sent a small. It even say Medium on my order.Other than having to exchange its a nice shirt!
I was excited to get this shirt for my husband as I like the style and the fact that it's reversible.I opened the package and immediately saw that this is a thin, poor quality shirt. It's not terribly expensive, but it's certainly not worth keeping if it won't last. Returned it.
Soft and snuggly. I want to curl up next to my boyfriend when he wears it! One warning - the arms are long (you can tell by the photos).

The blue oxford is so versatile and classy. It fits really well without being too tight and the quality is above average. The kind of shirt you'll have in your closet for years to come. The kind of shirt your grandfather would wear.
I've had the black ones for about a month now, and I love 'em. I was looking for a shoe that had 3 things: 1) A leather upper, to prevent rain from soaking in. I walk around a lot here in Portland, OR and now that the raining season has started, I've noticed that these shoes are fantastic in this regard. The only worry is that water can come through from the flap at the bottom of the laces, but I keep the laces pretty tight and haven t had an issue yet despite obliviously going through some serious puddles. 2) Something casual yet stylish. I get a lot of compliments on these shoes. They almost seem like they should be polished. If not for the appearance of the sole, I would probably wear these with a suit. 3) A solid sole with good grip. The outer sole and its connection to the upper is similar to a boat shoe, and that gives me a look of security going through these in rain. Sole pattern style is something I always consider in a shoe, and the waffle pattern has been great for slippery sidewalks after a week of breaking them in. The first few days I might have had a minor slip while walking. The only con I've found is that these shoes, since they are leather, are difficult to get into at first. During the month that I've had them they've loosened up a bit, but I still struggle to put them on. I do have the laces pretty tight, and I'm also used to just slipping shoes on so that may just be isolated to me.
I really like the look of this shoe. It is pretty clean and classic. It is very comfortable and felt true to size. I usually wear 10.5 and the 10.5 fits me well. The sole isn't slippery and it is easy to slip in/out of. I highly recommend this shoe.

If you have four foot arms and a one foot torso, the I Luv Doodle sweater by Original Penguin is perfect for you. For anyone with a lower appendage-to-torso ratio, however, you'd be better off looking elsewhere. That is, unless you have cold palms and a hot bellybutton, and you subscribe to the 'two birds with one stone' theory - just slip this bad boy over your head, stretch the sleeves out, let the belly panel ride on up until it reaches its preferred resting point, and wait for the compliments to roll in.

Let me start off by saying that overall I like these shoes, they're comfortable, flexible, and stylish. However, I have one big complaint. I've been a customer of Creative Recreation before Creative Recreation was a big name in shoes. These penguins are an exact clone of the Cesario high tops from Creative Rec. I'd like to see Penguin come up with some original designs rather than copy a design that's already been manufactured for years.

Cool, simple shirt. Great way to represent your love for a great brand, and to most people it just looks like you are wearing a cool shirt with a penguin.
Pros: excellent fit, look, and qualityCons: none!Penguin comes through again! This polo shirt is all-class. The material has a cool, almost dark Diesel-jean like look to it, but it's incredibly comfortable. Like all Penguins, make sure to get at least a size more than usual since they tend to shrink or size small. I am 5'11'' and 170 lbs, and a large is perfect. The cut is very flattering, and you can tell the chicas like it too... highly recommend!
One of my favorite shirts ever; this shirt appears to change colors slightly at different angles. The fit through the chest is tighter than I imagined, and Zappos had to exchange the medium I ordered for a large.
This shirt fits slightly snug for a medium, plus it's very short in length. I wish I had ordered a large!
I bought these for my husband and he loves them. They're even nicer in person and are a nice in between of dress shoes and tennies. He normally wears a size 10 but a 9.5 fit perfectly in these with the 10 being too long. Also, his foot runs a little narrow and he thought these were perfect, so I think they probably run narrow as well (especially since we'd already gone done a size). Overall, a good looking quality shoe with some style to it. Definitely recommend.
