Ever since I discovered the Onitsuka\'s, I\'ll always start my search for casual sneaks in their aisle. I know the Onitsuka brand is supposed to be an athletic shoe, but I need more padding for serious running. These shoes work great and look good for everyday activities, which include biking and walking around the city on a regular basis.

Sweet looking shoes. Love the velcro. A classic that’s rare these days. Found them to be very roomy and true to size. Don't have much cushioning or contouring to foot shape, so think about size when installing a sole.

I will never purchase a shoe again with a slot and holes in the sole. The comfort and fit is good, but only buy this if you walk exclusively on hard surfaces. The slot on the bottom of the shoe will pick up gravel and ice. After walking in the snow, then coming indoors, you can almost skate on the built up ice.

I own two other pairs of Tigers, but these are my first velcro pair. They look beautiful, but they are not nearly as comfortable. They feel smaller and narrower than my others.

I love this shoe. It's lightweight and really comfortable. It's true that it doesn't have a lot or arch support, so some people might not like that. It's a sweet lookin' shoe. I would recommend it to anyone looking for something a little different as it has the stylish velcro instead of laces.

I am a regular Onitsuka buyer. But this time it turned out very badly. These shoes look so cheap as if from a toy store. They are not very comfortable either. Be careful about this color (after dark/walnut). Do not wear them right away, you might regret it.

These are some really smart looking shoes. I got the blue and green ones, which in my opinion are quite agreeable with most anything I wear. The Velcro makes a statement as well, while remaining subdued enough for everyday use. I also love the thinness of the shoe; every other shoe feels like boots to me, now. This makes them great for driving, as well. Zappos service was just as great as the shoe. For no reason or charge at all, they decided to prioritize my order and ship it the night I ordered it, so I would get them the next day. It was a wonderful surprise. I will definitely get my next pair of kicks from Zappos, as well.

Wonderful - These shoes look great and feel great. They have a very narrow sole and might not be right for people with very flat/wide feet. Other than that, I love 'em. I usually wear a 9.5 or 10. I ordered a 9.5 in these and they fit just right.

Vey Cool Shoes - I bought these for my son who loves them! I would say they run smaller and narrower than some of the other brands (he needed a 1/2 size larger than he normally wears). There's not a lot of support, but he says they're really comfortable.

Love these shoes. Had a similar pair about 20 years ago, but these are a bit less bulky and lighter. I love these shoes. Get lots of comments on how "cool" they are. They are VERY comfortable. I wish that they were more available in my size. (I've been waiting for the black striped ones for a long, long time.) I usually wear a 10, but sometimes a 9.5. I had to get the 9.5s in these shoes if that helps anybody. Love Zappos.com. Fast, efficient, and they make the shipping very convenient. Other websites should take note. It's comforting to know, and conducive to buying, to have free shipping both ways.

I wore these shoes less than twenty times...
I love Onitsuka Tigers, and I was pretty psyched when I found that they had pairs with velcro, so I picked them up. I wore these shoes less than twenty times before the sole of my right shoe practically came completely off. I really liked the shoes, so I tried to find some place to repair them, but they told me it would take three or four days. This was while I was in Hong Kong, on my last day of vacation, far, far away from the hotel I was staying at. I had to toss them and buy a pair of cheap Pumas to get back to my hotel.

Cool look but my heels hurt -
The shoes look great. They're a little narrower looking than I had anticipated, but it's not a big deal. The only real complaint about these shoes is how my heels hurt when I where them. I walked to class with them after a couple of days of wearing them and it felt like blisters were forming the whole time. Fortunately none did. I think I still have some breaking in to do. I haven't worn them much due to a lot of rainy weather.
