This shoe, although extremely cute, is not all that comfortable. The fabric is a bit rough and stiff and rubs uncomfortably along the inside of my foot. Thought about soaking them in fabric softener but haven't tried that. Also, no arch support at all. I'm hoping they'll soften up with more wear, I've taken to wearing them with socks (with jeans), in hopes that the straps get more supple with more wear.

I get so many compliments on how awesome this bag was and I recommended all my friends to Zappos. The service is unbelievable, they actually care about their customers.
