Bought one in the mall and traveled with it. Best travel shorts I own and am buying another one here. It has more than enough pockets plus several hidden one. All pockets are secure. Since I am on the water a bit (not in it) I like this feature as I am always afraid of stuff falling out. There is a hidden key pocket with a loop but I wish it was bigger so I can stow hidden cash/cards while traveling. A very comfortable short and well made. I also like how you can wash it at the end of the day and it'll be dry in a couple of hours. Reduces the number of shorts you need to carry. I wish they made a long pants version. Hint hint to Ex Officio!

The shorts are awesome. However, one of the two pairs I ordered online was an obvious 32 rather than a 31 when I tried them on, even though the tag on the shorts said 31. I gifted the pair that didn't fit to a friend. The other pair fit perfectly and I loved them. I wish I could confidently order another pair of black 31's knowing they would fit.

My wife got these for me based on appearance. Very versatile -- good for swimming, great to wear straight from the beach to a casual restaurant for dinner. Very good looking. Runs true to size.
