Overall:

I loved the look of this coat when I saw it online! It has great lines and a classy look, without being too dressy. The fur-trimmed hood is roomy, but more for style than warmth. The pockets are a bit shallow and the coat itself runs a bit small. If you plan to layer your clothing, definitely order a size larger! I ordered a Medium based on other coats I own (there's no size chart!), but had to exchange it for a Large. Zappos customer service department is so friendly and accommodating, I don't know why I order from any other online store!

O'Neill flip flops fit true to size, so slipping off side of shoe. The straps are a rich black. I'm very happy.

I got this bag less then two months ago and the side seam is already coming apart. This makes me sad, I like the size of this bag, and the look of it, but I can\'t believe it\'s already falling apart.

Very nice boots for the price. Suprisingly warm. Double check the size. I usually wear 7.5 and winter boots 8and I got this design in 8 and it is just a little too big. Otherwise excellent product. I would recommend it.

Overall, the dress is great and came at a great price. I am going to a holiday work party, so I wanted something dressy, but not over the top. Right away, the colored panels are actually more of a dark gray than blue like I thought. The dress is a true black. I was worried about sizing and the rep could not tell me if they are sized smaller than average. I normally wear a M or a L, but I went with a XL thinking that O'Neill may cut their dresses on the small side. I should have gotten a L. The XL isn't crazy big, but fits more like a 14; I need a 12. The deep V cut is deep and wide. Prepare to show lots of cleavage or get one of those tanks to go underneath. I'm 5'8" and this dress comes up about 3 inches above my knee.

Shipping was very fast and my shorts arrived in perfect condition. They are very comfortable and very cute. I usually wear a size 7 and these fit perfectly; not too tight and there is a little extra room so I can still wear bikini bottoms or hot shorts under them.

Great comfy slippers for around the house, and stepping out to walk the dog or get the paper, etc. Very light weight. Can\'t beat it for the price.

I love this "hoodie"! The quality for the buck is great! Very warm, with the faux fur lining. I ordered a large, and I have long arms, so I will tell you that if you are the same, hang to dry, and it fits perfect! Can't miss with this one!

I absolutely love this jacket! I am very allergic to wool and trying to find a winter coat that does not contain it is a nightmare. This jacket is quite roomy and looks very dressy. It is super soft and has some neat details that keep it up-to-date.

Girlfriend loved it; the jacket has a great fit and looks great. For those of you guys who don't know, it's pretty much a pull over stitched to look like a jacket. So it has the feel of a sweater with a jacket look.

This was my first pair of sandals that I have ever purchased online. I had a few other sandals that I could have chosen, but the reviews ultimately helped me make the my final decision. I have very wide feet, but these sandals fit perfectly and if you have wider feet they have an adjustable strap. Awesome. Plus, they are cute so I always get compliments. I recommend them highly.

Cute in the picture, but not at home. These bottoms look very cute in the picture and I'm sure would be very cute on if I was the size of the mannequin. They did not cover my bottom at all and were so low that it was borderline inappropriate. If you have anything but a flat bottom these probably wont work for you. I bought the matching top and just plain black bottoms from another brand. It ended up to be a pretty cute look.

Soft brushed cotton and very lightweight. These shorts are not only very cool looking, but they are like pj's to wear. Super soft, super comfortable. Great fabric and very stylish yet neutral plaid. Got two pairs.

Tiny bust area. I agree with the other reviewer, teeny on top. I usually wear a M, but ordered a L, and the top part is much too small. It's weird, the bust section is too small top-to-bottom, too. They could've given it more height. Too bad because it's a cute dress. Flowy, and has pockets which I didn't expect. It was also a bit shorter than I thought it would be.

These boots are great! They are very warm and comfortable, perfect for over leggings or skinny jeans on chilly days. The buckles are a cute touch and set you apart in a see of Uggs. Excellent value for the money.

My 14 year old son saw these shorts at a store, but we couldn't find his size (29) anywhere. I've ordered lots of shoes from Zappos, but this was our first clothing purchase. Zappos had his size, in the right color, quick service, and free shipping. The shorts are heavy enough fabric that they don't wrinkle, they hang very straight, are long enough, and stay on without a belt on a very skinny kid!

I ordered the bag for my granddaughter. She had picked it out. It was "cool" enough for a teenager. I had also ordered Uggs as a birthday present for her. She checked with me everyday to see if the package had arrived. As usual, she only had to check one day as it arrived two days later. It arrived in the usual prompt manner without any checking or calling. Boots fit fine, no need to return, but I knew it is never a problem with Zappos.

Love the bag!! I have recieved so many compliments on this bag. It is a fun bag to carry, yet it is sophisticated enough that I don\'t feel like a teenager when carrying it into the office. It is very different than anything else I\'ve seen around lately. A must buy and a good bargain.

This is a great jacket, pretty lightweight, good for spring/fall. I\'m tall, so what I especially love about it is it has nice long sleeves! (I ordered a large). It\'s very versatile and basic, and the fit is flattering. Normally I wear fleece jackets all fall, so this was a nice upgrade in to something a little classier. It can be dressed up or down. My only concern in the long term is for its durability-- it doesn\'t seem to be made of the most robust fabrics, especially the lining. Time will tell, I guess. At this point I\'ve just owned it a month, worn it nearly every day, and am very happy with my purchase.

I am very happy with this bag. I was more surprised when I received the bag and noticed how much room was inside. I have 2 boys: one 2 year old and a 7 month old. And I was able to fit a sippy cup, diaper and a bag of wipes plus all of my stuff that I normally have in my bag. All in all I am very satisfied with this bag.

Cute - Not super thick but easy to layer under. Very soft, and stylish. I love the hood. A nice pea coat for vegans seeking to avoid wool.
