Bought these for my old man and he loves them. He says true to size but normally he wears a 12.5 but likes the sandals/slides a bit bigger. He says these are great to outdoor BBQ's, hanging out, grocery shopping. He highly recommends. Another fine quality product from Zappos. Thank you Zappos for worry free shopping. Please don't stop the free shipping. I think it definitely provides you with very happy customers and more purchases will be made because of it.

Good arch support. Nice adjusting of fit with velcro fastening. However, the material of the uppers was too rough on the top of my foot and the leading edge of the upper dug into my foot. Too bad because I like them otherwise but had to return them.

In general it was fine, but the tongue was a bit forward. When I walked it pressed against the top of my foot.

The process of ordering was easy. But what really sets Zappos.com apart from the others is their customer service; which is outstanding. I received the incorrect size, called Zappos, and all was taken care of easily. The customer service rep was amazing! Great customer service! They have a customer for life because they put customers first.
