I typically wear a size 12 in most any shoe, boot,sandal...this one is a freak. I tried a 12, felt like a 10; then a 13, still too small. Heel was on the back edge, finally decided to give it one more try. Went with the never before in my life would I wear a 14 and jackpot, it fits. Trust me, these run very small. The color wasn't really brown but more of a taupe color, lightweight and stiff. I haven't worn mine enough to soften them up yet. I'm not used to this type of sandal, I mainly wear flip flop style but wanted a different look. These rub the little toe side of each foot after a short while, not sure they will become my 'go to' pair. Hope this helps.

Highest quality! Excellent materials, workmanship and style. The other reviewers are correct: this slide runs one full size smaller than marked. A little expensive, but go ahead and spend the extra money - I'm glad I did.
I'd also recommend: Frye, Timberland

These are great shoes! But, they run small so order one size larger than you usually wear.

I love the feel of these sandals. They are very comfortable. I read through the reviews before I purchased a pair and ordered the next size bigger. That wasn't enough so I called Zappos' wonderful customer service and they shipped me the next size bigger. I've had them for almost a week and they are already comfortable and broken in. Wonderful slides...just make sure to order them in a size or two larger.

I read all the reviews and then ordered a pair one size larger than usual. That was a mistake. I returned those and purchased my size. Perfect fit. These are everyday wear sandals, excellent fit and finish. Well worth the price.
