The Sora Boot is gorgeous! I realize the price is high, but they are worth it. The size 7 fit perfectly and they are very comfortable with ample support.

I live in London now but used to live in the States. I saw these and had a friend bring them to me as she was visiting. They are drop dead gorgeous. The leather is a matte finish which makes it look richer than if it were shiny. They are true to size. I am very pleased.

I've been all over the web looking for the 8" Sora boot in the Orix color in a size 7 with no luck so I thought I'd give the 7 1/2 a try and I'm glad I did. They fit great and look awesome! The colors are bright and beautiful. Yes, they are not cheap but I think the quality is worth it. I'll probably get a pair of gel insoles though just to make them a bit more comfortable. Wish they were cushioned inside.

This is a gorgeous boot! I am so disappointed that I can't get it on my foot! I don't have trouble with many shoes or boots so this one is puzzling. It is so narrow in the shaft that I can't get my heel down into it. I don't have a high arch, so I can't imagine how this would work for many people. If it did though, I would keep it.

Founders Yan Ferry and Ernie Tarut decided to combine Yan’s bootmaking and design skill with Ernie’s years of experience in leather manufacturing to create boots of superior style and quality. Thus Old Gringo was born. The first Old Gringo factory opened in 2000 with a collection of original, vintage and retro styles. These styles bridged the gap between western style and pure fashion.
Every Old Gringo boot goes through one hundred-ten individual steps, performed by skilled craftsman. This is a very time-intensive process, but the consistent application of these skills is required to make a superior quality boot. Old Gringo produces and tans their own leathers in colors, textures and finishes to meet the meticulous demands of their designers. After carefully selecting the finest grade of leather, the leathers undergo a detailed tanning process. Each of the next steps, from cutting the upper materials to assembling the insoles and outsoles are critical in the construction of the perfect boot.

Gorgeous, quality boots! The embroidery on the black is beautiful, and I had no trouble getting these on or off of my feet. The shaft was a little snug when I first put my feet into them, but after that first wear, my foot slides easily in and out of these boots. They're just gorgeous - worth the money.

This is my second pair of Old Gringos. Love them! I "tried" to try these on in the store, but couldn't get my foot into them. Being it was a trendy boutique and not a boot store there weren’t any pulls in sight. But I really wanted them, so I decided with Zappos’ easy return policy I would give them a try in the comfort of my home and boot pull. It was so hard the first time, but I persevered. Wore them around the house for a few hours and fortunately they came off with ease. Put them on this AM with just one really strong pull. I have a feeling by tomorrow they will be fitting like butter. Well worth the initial pain and struggle! I usually go up a half size in boots, but OG is true to size.
