Old Friend's Snowbird- Absolutely the most comfortable and warm shoe that I own! I own Old Friend's scuff and boots, but have never worn them outdoors. Now I can wear Old Friend's all day long. Great arch support and traction. Much cuter than in the picture! The sheepskin in the shoe is plusher than in the boots so I ordered them a size larger and they are perfect!

Perfect in/outdoors slippers !! I have found these slippers to be warm and comfortable and easy to put on as well. I had tried another brand and found them impossible to put on, but these are perfect. The firm sole is great for going outside with the dog and for running the trash down to the curb. The fit is also just right, exactly a size 8 for my feet. I am so pleased. Thanks also for the speed of delivery, Zappos !

Love these- I love these slippers so much, I wish they were shoes. Actually I wish they were made as shoes, I would buy a pair, or better yet as boots! I did buy the Old Friend boots, they were too bulky. These slippers are extremely warm and comfy and have some arch support. I'm very happy with them.

Best Slippers ever!! These slippers are fabulous! They are toasty warm and I always have cold feet. They offer great support and are stylish too. They are on the narrow side, but I have a narrow foot, so they don't slip around. They seem true to size. I will stick with these slippers!

New Friends - I wear a size 8, which is what I ordered. The shoebox stated it was size 8/9. Had I noticed it before I had flatened the box I would have sent them back. As I continue to where them they get roomier.

Addiction to Old Friend slippers - These slippers are just the best. They have just enough support and are very well made. I go out to the mailbox in them or even walk a block down the street with my dog in them. They are just warm enough for our changing NE weather. I own two other pairs of slippers from Old Friend and I love them all. I have the moccasins which are great for the warmer weather and I also have their booties that are super warm in the cold weather. Each pair is different in style but the quality is the same. I just love them all.
Brands I'd also recommend: I would recommend anything made by Old Friend. They are quality slippers no matter which style you pick.

Comfort! These are extremely comfortable. Slippers made to walk in. I tested them out after walking a mile with my 2 dogs. They keep your feet warm and don’t get them hot like some can do. Very durable. Even in rain, which I did test out in as well.

Comfy Old Friend - These slippers are soooo comfortable, when I first ordered them, I ordered a size 8 and they felt more like a 9. Thanks to Zappos great return policy, I returned them for a size 7 and they were a perfect fit. They are warm and stylish enough to wear to the store. Thanks Zappos!!!!

Weird Fit - I am exactly a size 8 though my feet are on the narrow side (I never wear a narrow sized shoe) and these slippers were impossible! I ordered the 8 and they were half a size too small, the back of my foot sat uncomfortably on the edge of the sole. Then I ordered the next size up and they were swimming on me. I don't think it had anything to do with my narrow feet; perhaps it is a better shoe for people in between sizes. They seemed like they would be comfy, I'm quite disappointed I couldn’t find the right size... (this has been the case with all slippers by Old Friend).

Good Looking and comfortable - I bought these shoes several months ago when the weather was still warm. I just put them on this week. They are plush and very warm. What I like about them is that they slip on easily, but they cover your heel to keep your foot warm. They also have a very tailored look to them; they are not large and clunky looking. The first day I had them on someone admired them and asked me where I bought them. I told her about Zappos and how easy to order and accommodating Zappos is. The woman took the info and said she was going to order them. I recommend these shoes for the look, warmth, and comfort.

Comfort and Support! My occasional foot and knee pain makes it impossible for me to wear ordinary slippers with a thin foam sole. These are the best! Nice support, outdoor sole, warm and fluffy shearling on the inside, and cute, too!

A Little Clunky, But Oh So Cozy! At first, I thought I'd return these because the toes are built to curve up a little, and that felt a little weird. Too, despite claims that "natural wool" automatically means "temperature controlled," that's hooey! My feet get HOT! And finally, if you're looking for slippers that make your feet look tiny and delicate, keep looking! But when it's cold, and you want to cuddle up in your softest clothing, and don't give a hoot about looking "ladylike," these slipper-shoes are pretty darn yummy! I'm keepin' 'em!!

Warm & Comfy - For years I wore a similar shoe from L.L. Bean. Then last year I loaned the pair to a friend and guess what. I never got them back. I have to say that the Snowbird is just as warm and even more comfy, especially for those of us who need some arch support. They are great for indoor only wear or to wear outside to the mailbox, etc. The no slip sole is wonderful, particularly on wet pavement or ice and/or snow. They are well worth the money. I just love them!!
