I purchased a second pair for my husband. The first pair lasted a year. Generally I buy Uggs, but he likes the fit (true to size), warmth, flexibility and comfort (not a thick sole), and sheepskin, although it mats down, it remains soft without clumping. There is some arch support but not significant enough to mention. The suede upper is of good quality and easy to clean. I put them in the washer and dryer on occasion and have had no problems with construction or fit. They are well made and a manly color.

The Best Slipper! This is a wonderful slipper! In the last two years I have purchased this style for five different men. They all love them! At a few family functions I have over heard them say "I can't wait to get home to my Old Friends." I have the female version and I love the cozy warm feeling. When I first put these on, I was a little disappointed. They seemed kind of tight, and they kept pulling my socks off. But, knowing that they are leather, I gave them a little time to stretch slightly. I've had them for about a month, and now they have become extremely comfortable. I guess that took about a week of wearing them in the evenings after coming home from work and most of the day on weekends, so if you are going to invest the $, invest the time, and these will become excellent slippers. I marked them down one star on comfort for that initial period, which seemed prolonged, but that seems kind of harsh. Maybe just a quarter star downgrade. They are very warm and comfy now. I am looking forward to a long cold winter with warm feet!

Purchased these as a gift for my father, but they ended up being too small. I ordered the 9-10, and he's a 10, his heel hung out over the back edge. Definitely warm and cozy, but just seems to run small. They look like they would last a long time, and could definitely be worn outside with the rugged sole.

These slippers are, to quote the recipient (my 20 year old son): Awesome! He has worn them nearly continually since receiving them a day before Christmas. I had never heard of them but for the price and quality they seem great. We'll see if they hold up compared to similar ones from another favorite of ours, LL Bean.

My husband loves his new slippers! They're definitely worth the 5 star rating. The great reviews were right on. They're super comfortable and well made. They're true to size. There's no need to spend more on Uggs. We are very pleased.

My fiance loves these and loves me for getting them for him. The fur lining forms to your feet. They are sturdy too, so there will be no holes in the soles. The box says you can remove the fur and hand wash them, but not on this pair. It's attached. No biggie.

My husband wears a 9.5 EE shoe. I ordered him the large, because I wasn't sure the medium would fit. His heel sits 1/2 inch in from the back edge of the scuff and they are roomy in the EE width so he wears socks with them. He says they are really comfortable. We'll see how they hold up. I bought a pair of boiled wool scuffs by a well-known company and his big toe worked its way through those in a year. Oh, and I love ordering from Zappos, because if what I order doesn't fit, it ships back for free and the shipping is lightning-fast!

These slippers are much better than Uggs! The sheep skin feels like better quality than Uggs too. I would definitely buy these again and they are true to fit to your size.
