These are extremely warm and comfortable. The only issue I have is they literally fell apart (the stitching came out and sole cracked and separated) after 1½ years. for the money, I think they should last a lot longer

Great indoors and out. The rubber sole a real plus. Great for a quick walk around the block and running around in the yard. Perfect fit for Big Feet! I wear a 12 and it's hard to find my size in a comfy slipper that is multi-functional and not too bulky.
I'd also recommend: UGG

Old Friend, Indeed - This is my second pair of Old Friend's Loafers. I heard that they were being discontinued and wanted another pair on hand. The one I currently own are like new and I wear them with great frequency.......both indoors and outdoors. Even if I walk through wet grass they dry with no stain marks. Best all around shoe that I found.

Like Stepping into a Cloud - A great house shoe that lets you run outside and get the mail or paper. Comfortable and safe (no slipping and sliding on hard wood floors). This is a house shoe that lets you pamper yourself every time you put it on.

I wear a size 12 so finding good closed back, cozy slippers is difficult. Old Friend is just that. Like putting my feet into something that warms the heart as well as my feet! I have had three pairs of these slippers and wear them year round because they are that comfortable and do not make my feet sweaty at all. When the inside started going bald in spots from wear, I purchased a pair of Ugg insoles from Zappos, pulled the sheepskin off the hard insole backing and tucked them inside my Old Friends. Voilà, like new again! I also did this to my boots so I can take my dog out on cold mornings and not have to put on socks.
I'd also recommend: This is the only one for me in slippers!
