I just got these in the mail and I am already in love with them! I will review again after I've had them for a while so I can comment on the durability. Right off the bat, they are so comfortable and I can feel the support that they put in the sole of these slippers. I have a couple pairs of Uggs but couldn't bring myself to pay that much for slippers! These are half the price, just as comfortable, and look the same! I also love how these have a strong sole so I will be able to wear them out and not just around the house (this was important criteria when I made my decision to purchase these). I read a lot of reviews before purchasing, and the reviews don't lie, order a size up! I usually wear a size 8-9 (depending on the brand of shoe) but typically I'm an 8.5, so based on the reviews I ordered an XL (9.5-10.5) and they fit perfectly. Definitely would not want them any smaller. My heel has just under an inch of space left between it and the end of the shoe. I would imagine that if I had ordered a L, it would be hanging off the edge!

2nd pair purchased - really bad. Arch support too close to big toe area right in the ball of the foot. Not the same as the first pair purchased, which were great.

Old Friend? They should be called "Best Friend"! I have never had anything so comfortable. Yes they do run a little small. I wear an 8 1/2 and I ordered a LG 9.5- 10.5 and they are perfect. I found the other reviews helpful with the size. They are worth the money. I am very pleased!

Very comfortable! Please order up one size. I wear a size 11B Womens and ordered the XXL (size 11-12) - they just fit.

Absolutely the best! I have bought three, 2 pink and one blue. they are the most comfortable slippers I have ever worn. Ive been looking forever, tried so many since my original love, that I could wash, chose to make most with memory foam. As a big person memory foam doesn't work for me. These are easy to wipe clean with a little soap and water and wipe with a wet cloth to get that little soap out. works great, if you want to do this. wide enough and perfect fit for my large and wide foot. Also are so pretty! Thanks, Zappos and all you wonderful young ladies and gentlemen for being so fantastic! As a company that values kindness and knowledge, I value you. I have recommended you to everyone I know and then some. Thank you a hundred times over ! You make me want to work in Las Vegas! Sandy Averaimo

Hm, soft and perfect. I love these so much, they are my second pair. One to step outside in, and one to keep pristine perfect for indoors.

These slippers are not worth the cost. They are very soft, true, but they are clunky and the sole is hard and unyielding. I would not purchase anything like these again I am so dissatisfied.
