Oh My GOD!!! I fell in LOVE with these slippers the moment I put them on. We have hard floors everywhere in our house instead of carpet, which I hate in the winter because they are HARD and my feet get so COLD! (Yes, it does get cold in CA). So I needed slippers that would not only keep my feet warm, but also cushion my step. These do the job perfectly! I know it sounds cliche, but they really do feel like I’m walking on a cloud. Except probably quite a bit warmer than a cloud. They molded to my feet within a couple minutes and I totally forgot I had them on. I tried not to get too excited when I first ordered these, since I’ve been disappointed with slippers in the past. But I knew Zappos wouldn’t let me down! I knew if I didn’t like them for any reason whatsoever, I could return them for free, with free return shipping, no questions asked. Too bad that wasn’t the case with the last pair I ordered from a different company (shame on me for straying... I learned my lesson). Usually when I get a new pair of shoes, I keep the box for a week just in case I have to return them. This time I recycled the box the same night! And Zappos even upgraded my shipping for me for free, yay! Did I mention that these slippers are BLUE? They are so cute! Now I can finally get rid of my ugly old pink pig slippers (they were a gift from someone who obviously doesn’t know me very well!). I was a little skeptical of the name "Best Friend" slippers... what the heck is that? But now I see that they live up to their name. Oh, and I did read what some other reviewers said about these slippers running small. I’m a size 7.5 and I ordered an 8-9 large and they fit great! The only thing that surprised me about them is that they have real solid thick soles on them, so you can actually wear them outside. It comes in handy to take out the trash or get the mail, but they’re so cute and comfy that I want to wear them to work... is that wrong?

I use to always buy Ugg slippers, but you know, I like these better and they are a fraction of the cost. My Uggs are just sitting in the closet. These also have a firm sole so you can wear them outside. They clean easily, too.

I love these! I had a pair of Gabriella Rocha similar to this style. Since I couldn't find them, I chose these. They are very warm and very comfy. I should have gone with the X-Large (I'm a 9/10), but they are not so small my heels hang off and I think once they're broken in, they'll be perfect. I highly recommend these slippers!

These are the most comfortable and warm slippers I have ever owned! Great arch support too. Bought them for a ski trip to Breckenridge and they were so cozy after a long day on the slopes. I recommend these slippers over UGG or any others. Priced good too!

These slippers are amazing!! I just purchased these slippers yesterday, and got them today. (as always with Zappos, the best!) They are like a cloud on your feet. I got them in the light brown (chestnut color, I think)and were almost the exact same color as the picture. I would definitely recommend these to a friend and will buy these the next time i need new slippers. (not that I will need them soon). Also, the size large fit perfectly, and I am a size 8.

These slipper are very comfy, though I wish they had just a little more give in the foot. They are soft but because the bottom is a thicker rubber, they don't bend like a regular soft flipper. The more I wear them, I can tell I am breaking them in a little bit more. I absolute love the color and when I wore them to our school for (pajama day), I got lots of compliments on them! I would recommend these for purchase.

I love my "Old Friend" Ladies Scuff slippers. They are so cozy and comfortable and yet sturdy enough to go outside - even in snow (as long as it's not too deep). Zappos is terrific - I had to return the first pair (too small), and they were so helpful. Return shipping was free, and my new slippers arrived in just a couple of days.

I love these slippers! Excellent quality! Well worth the price. They are sooooo comfortable & warm. The inner soles have a good cushion which felt flat initially, but developed a custom fit to my feet including good arch support. I was very pleased with the arch support, an important feature to me because I wear orthotics in most of my shoes. I wear theses slippers almost every day. I’ve only had them 1 month, they still appear new. I expect they will wear well for a long time. I hope they will still be available if I should ever need a new pair! My sister tried mine on and fell in love with them. Now she’s going to order them for herself.

These are the BEST! Light walking on a pillowy cloud. A month after wearing all the time and the fleece is still fluffy. Highly recommended!

Excellent house slippers! They seem very well made and will probably last me a long time. They keep my feet nice and warm without getting hot. Only tip for you... if you normally wear a 7.5, there’s no way you’d fit in the 6.5-7.5 size. Order a size up.

I have a pair of these and I wanted to buy a pair for my mom. They are so comfortable and hold up really well. I have had mine for four years. They have a lot of cushioning and definitely keep your feet warm. I especially love the hard sole. It's great to have a slipper that you can wear outside if you need to.

I searched the internet for a while looking for a nice set of slippers for my girlfriend. I based my choice of these slippers on the many great reviews I read about them. My girlfriend tried them on Christmas morning and was absolutely in love with the comfort and durability. She wears them around the house everyday! I strongly recommend these slippers. These slippers were a perfect fit. I’ve never worn house-slippers before, but we have cold stone floor in our new (old) house, and these were just the ticket. If you must dash outside in the cold, the soles are made for that, too.

I bought these slippers for my Mom at Christmas and she loves them. They're warm and comfortable. The biggest thing that I noticed was the quality. I'm sure they will last her a long time.

I ordered these slippers for my daughter for Christmas. The website was very easy to navigate, the size and style I needed was in stock, even close to Christmas, they were delivered in just a few days and my daughter loves them! It is so much easier than going to the mall! I especially like the no shipping both ways, just in case I had ordered the wrong size. I will tell my friends and order again soon.

I got these yesterday and love them already! Like other reviewers, I recommend getting a larger size. I got the large (size 8 to 9) and I wear a 7.5 or 8. I don't know if they would work for someone with a size 9 foot. They are roomy enough for socks. I had tried my daughter's Ugg boots size 7, and they had no arch support and were too loose on my feet even with socks.

I ordered these scuffs for my Mom for Christmas and she loves them! I have a pair myself and they keep my feet so warm and yet don't sweat! I had an impressive shopping experience with Zappos and will shop with them again!

Great slippers, very warm and comfortable. Great price compared to other sites for the same slippers. I truly love the options to return if necessary. I wont be doing that with these slippers. Thanks.
