Love them. I had an order that required my having to call them. The person I dealt with made me feel as if she both heard me and that I mattered as a customer. She took quite a bit of time to find me answers to my questions. I then followed up with this order and these shoes are exactly as described. The color is great. The fit seems true to size indicated. The shipping was next day! What could be better?

I love these shoes! The footbed is extra padded, and the outsole is very flexible. It feels like a driving moc. The shoe wraps around my foot like a glove.

My daughter loves these shoes! She really likes the accents and wishes she could have more in other colors. Zappos is the best customer service I have ever used. We ordered the wrong size and the right size was here two days later and the return was easy and free. Go Zappos!

The color was a bit different than I expected but overall, loved the shoes. Actually bought a Rockport shoe which was correct in color but too wide.

Very cute! Couldn't wait to try them on. Unfortunately, these shoes run very small. I am a true size 11M and when I put my foot in, my toes were smashed into the toe of the shoes. Also run very narrow.

These runs a bit small, and very narrow. The shoes are soft and flexible to allow a wider than ultra-narrow foot, but in that case your foot will overhang the insole padding as well as the rubber outsole. The insole is not covered in suede, so your skin may have a reaction to the foam with is exposed on the sides of the insole. The stitching is visible on the inside of the shoe and was very painful to my sensitive skin. As expected, this is a flat shoe with no arch support. On the plus side, I do not know if I have seen many shoes cuter, and the color is amazing.
