The "Love Boats" These shoes reminded me of boats for some reason and almost put me off. However, I ordered them anyway. I am so glad. They love your feet so now I call them my "Love Boats". The only thing better is Zappos service. The absolutely best company I've done business with on the web. There was no tax and no Shipping and Handling. I received them overnight. A truly perfect shoe and perfect store.

Old Friend is the perfect name - I ordered these shoes for my dad, who is 92 years old. He has a lot of problems with his feet and legs and one foot is almost always swollen, which makes it difficult for him to wear his regular shoes. The adjustable closure on the Old Friend's bootie is just exactly what he needed. He can close the shoe on his foot that isn't swollen to fit that foot and leave the other one loose so that it fits the swollen foot and both feet are comfortable because each shoe fits. The shoes keep his feet warm and feel great. It's almost impossible to find shoes that fit him because he normally wears size 15. These shoes probably run a little small because I ordered a size 16 Wide and they fit perfectly. I've never been able to find these sizes with the quality and price I've found from Zappos. Thank you for filling a big need. I've already ordered another pair of these shoes to have for a back-up when the first pair wears out. He doesn't want to be without them. Thanks again for the excellent service and great product!

The best slippers ever - These slippers are nothing to look at but they sure are comfortable! My kids call them my "bread shoes" because when I have them on it looks like I stuck my feet into loaves of Italian bread. I took the advice of others and ordered 1 size larger (11 since I usually wear a 10.) The fit is perfect and I can wear these all day long. The sheepskin lining keeps my feet warm, but they never get too hot or perspire. If you value comfort more than looks, I highly recommend these!

Christmas Success - If one must have a son who wears a size 14 W (EEE) shoe, then by all means get these slippers for his winter morns and evening comfort. I held my breath until Christmas Day to write this review. These slippers are a hit and Zappos has just gotten a repeat customer!

New friend! A little pricey for slippers, but worth it. I ordered a size larger as recommended by other reviewers and am glad I did. I have wide feet and the slippers fit fine, with or without socks. I love them.

Practical and Comfortable - I purchased these for my husband who as diabetes and neuropathy, and needs a comfortable shoe he could wear outside and while driving. This slipper gives total control whether walking outdoors, playing with the dog or driving a car. The sheepskin surrounds the feet with soft padding that make this a very, very good buy.

Delightful! My father was just released from the hospital from a shattered pelvis and hip surgery. These are the perfect slippers for comfort and rehab while using a walker. He is able to put them on and walk comfortably and safely without slipping. I am delighted daddy likes them!

The slipper is great with one exception: it is short for the size. Still, I kept it , hopeful that it will expand with wear. He wears a 13 B which is hard to fit. For that reason we look for a style that accomodates a narrow foot--like this one. It was just not quite enough toe room.

Great Slipper! I've bought many pairs of slippers because they don't hold up more than a few weeks for me. These slippers are very durable and can even be worn outside in wet weather. The inside has a very thick sheepskin liner and helps cushion your step. It costs a little more than some other slippers, but the quality is well worth it. The sole is anti-slip so it's very safe to wear.

Old Friend Redux - Because of a rare neuro-muscular disease my feet are backwards (my very high arch collapsed and the result was, well... backwards feet). I have to wear the left slipper on the right foot and vice versa, and the slippers are soft enough to wear comfortably. Looks weird, works fine. PS Hi to Andrew & Ned (great guys)
