Old Friend

I love these. They fit tight, not sloppy. I've worn mocassins for a long time and these are my favorite. They seem too small at first but when I put on my others that are loose, I like the way these feel secure on my feet. My toe pushes at the end for a half size smaller than my usual shoe. I bought my regular size in another color and they seemed similar to others that feel like mocassins normally do. I can wear either, but if you intend to wear socks, buy your size or 1/2 size larger. They fit like a glove.

Bought these for my 78 year uncle who is diabetic and has some swelling in his feet. Not the coolest looking shoe, but functional and serves its purpose.

I am usually regular size 8 but with these slippers, I need more room for heel and for toes. They are very comfortable and I would have loved to wear them out of the box, but I decided to offer them to my sister-in-law who wears size 7. I wore them short while in house but heel kept slipping off the back. I am going to order bigger size as I do like them and they are very comfortable. When you check site, look at the bottoms of the slippers as the styling differs.

Received in a timely manner. Scuffs are as described. Fit was just fine for this type of slipper. The construction is excellent and I expect the Scuffs to last a long time. This is in contrast to all other slippers I have had over the past few years. I have wide feet and it is extremely difficult to fine slippers to fit me. I want the type that can sit along side my bed and that I can sit up and just slide into them. These fit the bill. I only wear them inside so hopefully that will make them last that much longer. They are comfortable and the only concern I have is that they may be too warm as summer approaches. That remains to be seen.

Old Friend? They should be called "Best Friend"! I have never had anything so comfortable. Yes they do run a little small. I wear an 8 1/2 and I ordered a LG 9.5- 10.5 and they are perfect. I found the other reviews helpful with the size. They are worth the money. I am very pleased!

I was really hoping these would be perfect for me. I consulted with a Zapologist (or whatever they call themselves) because I have so much trouble finding slippers to fit my narrow feet. To be fair, he did recommend the fleece-lined mocs, but since it's May, I went with the terry ones instead. I usually wear a 6.5, so I ordered up as recommended, but the 7s are way too big. And boy are they wide! I doubt the 6s would be narrow enough, so will have to return and start all over looking for the perfect slipper. I am always amazed at the service from Zappos, though: free shipping, and I almost always receive my order in 24 hours!

I first tried them in the green, half a size larger than I normally wear. They were too small, so I returned them. I went a full size larger and tried the tan color. The fit is better, but the color makes them look more like slippers. I will be returning them.

The shearling wore completely through in one month of normal wear, so we returned them. The binding around the edge is very tacky plastic. The wide width was great. My husband loved them until they wore through. Do no buy this style. My women's scuffs by this brand have a much nicer shearling quality and no wear spots.

I am not sure why these shoes have great reviews, but the Old Friend Megan did not last more than 2 months. I wear my shoes like any other normal person. After a month, I began to notice the actual shoe was deteriorating. The bottom of the shoes slowly became thinner and thinner. I began feeling every pebble and crevice that I walked on. I eventually threw the shoes away. Also, the ties were annoying. They kept untying & I couldn't secure the ties for the life of me.

I bought these for my mother, she loves them they keep her feet warm and she is able to wear them outside. She wanted a pair like mine this is as close as I could get.

I love the way they look, and wanted to just slip into them and shuffle away. However, I wear socks (thin'ish). Was not able to slip into them, too tight. Had to remove socks. Lots of fleece...

I'm generally a true size 8 but this shoe felt tight, especially in the width. It looked like it was decent quality and the suede felt soft but it rubbed both my heel and my toes within 5 minutes of putting it on. I didn't have high expectations for the price and meant only wear it around the house but can't keep it for even that.

I love these slippers! If I'm at home, you'll find me in them. They are super comfortable and very durable. I would definitely recommend these slippers. My only issue with them is that they changed their sizing. I order a new pair every other year or so since I wear them so much. I had to return a pair since they ended up being much smaller than they had been before. Definitely order a larger size than you're used to.

This slipper is the Best! Extra soft sheepskin and a sturdy flexible sole for walking outside. The fit will be snug to begin with and then as the fluffy pile mats down a bit it will be just "right". These have been worn every morning and evening for two or three years before they wore out. This is the only slipper you will ever want for warm, cozy , flexible and durable.

These seem to run small. My dad loved them but said his heel hung over. He's a 9 and I had seen someone else say they were small but they needed a 10. So they run really small.

OFSM's slipper is comfortable, well-built with solid structure but soft against the skin. The color was identical to photo. I returned my first pair for the next size up so that my heel was within the footbed (with the stuffing inside my heel was to the edge for "my size"). I gave them a 3 for style because they are not stylish...but that's not the point, they are built for comfort not beauty.

Very comfortable! Please order up one size. I wear a size 11B Womens and ordered the XXL (size 11-12) - they just fit.

I ordered this shoe in an 8, which is always the size I wear. It was too small. I ordered it in a 9, and it felt EXACTLY the same as the 8! Any size bigger, and the sides will be too sloppy, so I had to choose another shoe. I think they fit kind of oddly because the plastic sole actually extends up in the front, reducing the toe room.

Absolutely the best! I have bought three, 2 pink and one blue. they are the most comfortable slippers I have ever worn. Ive been looking forever, tried so many since my original love, that I could wash, chose to make most with memory foam. As a big person memory foam doesn't work for me. These are easy to wipe clean with a little soap and water and wipe with a wet cloth to get that little soap out. works great, if you want to do this. wide enough and perfect fit for my large and wide foot. Hm, soft and perfect. I love these so much, they are my second pair. One to step outside in, and one to keep pristine perfect for indoors.
