Overall:

I sent these to Israel for a birthday gift. They are cozy and warm for this time of year. They are perfect and amazingly comfortable.

I received super quick delivery. The laces are around the tops so I tightened to get perfect fit. I purchased very nice slippers to wear in and out house. You will not be disappointed. I wear a size 9.5, and received a size 10. All is well.

I love these slippers! They are so comfy. I ordered these after 4:30pm and they arrived the next morning. Zappos is amazing! If you are in between sizes, definitely order a size up.

These house shoes were just what I were looking for, but better. They are very soft and furry on the inside and fit great. I can wear them outside to take the trash out since they have a rubber sole. These are a good value and high quality. I would order them again. Zappos had them at my door in 2 days. I have ordered many pairs of shoes for my family from Zappos with never a problem about returns and always a speedy delivery.

First of all, I believe I ordered these on Saturday and they arrived on Monday! Zappos gets an A+ for excellent customer service! The slippers were a gift for my daughter and she loves them. They were the right size, very comfortable, good quality slipper. I have been nothing but impressed with the whole transaction!

I was very impressed with Zappos customer service; honest, friendly, straightforward, promised and delivered. You've won a customer. I'd been looking and looking for a house slipper without a hard sole; impossible to find in Seattle. Live in apartment and didn't want or need a hard sole, Old Friends soft-sole slippers are perfect. Wonderfully comfortable and soft, only problem was getting the right size. I'm a size 11 and the first pair ordered was 10-11 way too small. Received the 12-13; thought they would be too big, but they're perfect; just the way you want a house slipper to be, easy to get in and out of and roomy for you toes. I've got them on now as I write.

These slippers are wonderful. They keep my feet warm, but not sweaty. Plus, the sole provides traction in the house, and outside, walking to get the paper in rain or snow. I just love Zappos. I only buy my shoes from them; great service and turnaround, if need be. I recommend Zappos to everyone I know.

In my entire life, the words perfect and slipper never met until now. I opened the box, put them on, then canceled my plans to go out for the evening because I didn't want to take them off! Not only are they comfortable, they also have a removable and washable sheepskin insole. The heel support and arch is great, so just buy them!

I purchased these for my hubby for Christmas. I cannot wait to give them to him them! How wonderful these are made, and they are worth every penny! Hopefully they will fit because he has a hard time due to foot problems. Once again, kudos to Zappos for their fast processing and delivery. What an awesome company to deal with. Having tile flooring installed throughout my home, I found that I needed something to lessen the impact of my feet meeting the hard tile as I walked about. The lining and inner sole of the Old Friend Ladies Step-In cushion fit my feet very well. The only disappointment I've had with the slipper is that it is not truly step in. Rather, when I put on the slipper, I must bend to ease the heel of the slipper over my heel. All in all, I'm quite satisfied.

These slippers are too stiff. They do not bend when you walk and you are very prone to trip. You should look elsewhere.

I really love these indoor-outdoor slippers. I think they're really unique. My last pair, used very often, lasted quite a while. (Actually, to be truthful, they still are in good shape! The toes let in a bit of moisture if it's been raining, but after all this time, that's to be expected. They still have no holes in them and they hold up extremely well.) They're warm in winter weather when going outside, as I do to feed animals such as birds, foxes, deer, etc., or to shovel snow and the like. I haven't found anything comparable to them. I have very narrow feet. Yet they fit very well, even after many wearings. There used to be a similar brand made, but they've been discontinued, and these are much better quality. I'm so glad I found them. They last longer. If you need slippers like these, invest in a pair (or two)! They have been quite helpful to me over the years.

I am not too pleased with this product. I\'ve only worn them lightly for 2 months, and the sole is wearing, and the boot is separating from the sole. I fear that it will seep water once snow falls. There\'s not much arch support to speak of either.

I love these slippers and have been buying them for many years (I get a new pair every 2 years). They are made of high quality shearling and are exceptionally warm and cozy, yet do not make your feet sweaty or too hot the way cheap or imitation shearling does. The rubber bottom grips well on tile and hardwood floors and enables you to make quick trips outside to dump the garbage, etc. The slippers are extra cushy and do run slightly big in size, and like most shearling, they will stretch a small amount initially and will eventually pack-out over time (e.g. 2 years). I have purchased these slippers for my mother-in-law and also buy similar styles regularly for my husband and kids, who wear them daily and love them as much as I do.

These slippers run very wide and are very cumbersome. The soles are very stiff and do not bend. It is like walking in frankenstein boots. You will probably catch your self from falling as they are so stiff.

I have purchased both shoes and slippers from Zappos for myself and family as gifts. What a great company! You just can't beat the selection, the customer service if you have a question, and how fast your order arrives. I absolutely love the Old Friend slippers, especially the "Snowbird" slipper. I am wearing a pair now and bought another pair, that's how great these are. I recommend them to anyone shopping for great slippers.
