Overall:

I love the shoes, but they are way too small. I ordered half size up from my regular size and they are still too small. They are really cute though, with nice construction.

I purchased these for my hubby for Christmas. I cannot wait to give them to him them! How wonderful these are made, and they are worth every penny! Hopefully they will fit because he has a hard time due to foot problems. Once again, kudos to Zappos for their fast processing and delivery. What an awesome company to deal with. I highly recommend them. I will rate these slippers after Christmas.

Overall:

Having tile flooring installed throughout my home, I found that I needed something to lessen the impact of my feet meeting the hard tile as I walked about. The lining and inner sole of the Old Friend Ladies Step-In cushion fit my feet very well. The only disappointment I've had with the slipper is that it is not truly step in. Rather, when I put on the slipper, I must bend to ease the heel of the slipper over my heel. All in all, I'm quite satisfied.

These slippers are too stiff. They do not bend when you walk and you are very prone to trip. You should look elsewhere.

I really love these indoor-outdoor slippers. I think they're really unique. My last pair, used very often, lasted quite a while. (Actually, to be truthful, they still are in good shape! The toes let in a bit of moisture if it's been raining, but after all this time, that's to be expected. They still have no holes in them and they hold up extremely well.) They're warm in winter weather when going outside, as I do to feed animals such as birds, foxes, deer, etc., or to shovel snow and the like. I haven't found anything comparable to them. I have very narrow feet. Yet they fit very well, even after many wearings. There used to be a similar brand made, but they've been discontinued, and these are much better quality. I'm so glad I found them. They last longer. If you need slippers like these, invest in a pair (or two)! They have been quite helpful to me over the years.

I am not too pleased with this product. I\'ve only worn them lightly for 2 months, and the sole is wearing, and the boot is separating from the sole. I fear that it will seep water once snow falls. There\'s not much arch support to speak of either.

I love these slippers and have been buying them for many years (I get a new pair every 2 years). They are made of high quality shearling and are exceptionally warm and cozy, yet do not make your feet sweaty or too hot the way cheap or imitation shearling does. The rubber bottom grips well on tile and hardwood floors and enables you to make quick trips outside to dump the garbage, etc. The slippers are extra cushy and do run slightly big in size, and like most shearling, they will stretch a small amount initially and will eventually pack-out over time (e.g. 2 years). I have purchased these slippers for my mother-in-law and also buy similar styles regularly for my husband and kids, who wear them daily and love them as much as I do.

These slippers run very wide and are very cumbersome. The soles are very stiff and do not bend. It is like walking in frankenstein boots. You will probably catch your self from falling as they are so stiff.

I have purchased both shoes and slippers from Zappos for myself and family as gifts. What a great company! You just can't beat the selection, the customer service if you have a question, and how fast your order arrives. I absolutely love the Old Friend slippers, especially the "Snowbird" slipper. I am wearing a pair now and bought another pair, that's how great these are. I recommend them to anyone shopping for great slippers.

I am in love with these slippers. Unlike other sheepskin footwear I've owned, they hug my foot and stay perfectly in place. I am between 8 and 8.5, so I ordered 8. They were a little snug at first, but after a couple hours of wear around the house, they were a perfect fit. They don't slip on effortlessly, but with a little wiggly I can get them on without the use of my hands (a selling point for me because I'm lazy). My feet stay warm, but not uncomfortable or sweaty. The toes look cute peeking out from under my jeans or sweatpants. A perfect treat for these cold winter months!

There is not a large market for Men's Wide Width Slippers; however, these are the warmest, most comfortable pair I have ever owned. I am thinking about getting a second pair; when you find something this good, you worry that the item will not be available the next time you need to order it. More importantly, the shopping experience (especially this being my first time) through Zappos from availability to delivery was Superior to say the least. I will only purchase my shoes from Zappos in the future. In fact, I just purchased a pair of running shoes and they upgraded my shipping to overnight at no additional cost. I got them the next day! And the prices are the same as the retail outlets, sometimes cheaper.

I got these slippers because they allow me to use my orthotics. I was able to slip the orthotic under the plush insert that came with the slippers. It works great for me. The slippers are toasty warm and provide excellent support for my feet when I am lounging around the house. I usually wear a size twelve, but for these I found I needed a size thirteen to accommodate the orthotic. Without the orthotic these slippers would not provide enough support for my feet, but with the orthotic they are great.

Fabulously comfortable. They even have an arch support, which I didn\'t expect. Had tried a scuff from another vendor, but had to return it because a built-in \'ledge\' around the heel was very uncomfortable. These fit perfectly, and the arch support lets me walk around for a long time with no aching arches. My only quibble is that the \'navy\' color is more of a royal blue.

The slippers run a full size smaller than dress shoes. Zappos was great by sending a larger size. There is no left and right slipper, they are exactly the same. This fact makes the slippers uncomfortable. Too bad because they are well built and warm. My feet are different shapes. It would be nice if the slippers were.

These are very warm and toasty. The bottom is more shoe-like than slippers so wearing them outside for a quick run to the mailbox is a nice option. I have a high instep and bunions so they were a little tight at first but have since stretched a bit and are fine. Style isn\'t very feminine but they make up for looks with practicality and warmth.
