Ocean Minded

This shoe fit true to size. I took it on a trip after purchasing but allowed for some break in time. I did have a small blister where the thong area rubbed on left foot (nothing on right?) but both slightly uncomfortable at first. After the break in period (about one week - never very painful) I couldn't be happier with the sandals - no more trouble with the shoe rubbing anywhere. Style is great, fit is excellent. Will have to say that the break in time is only a fraction of the time of the other leading brand of leather flip flops. I almost cried through that break in time. These are much better in every aspect. I would never go back to the other brand. I just wish the black in this version was available. Would consider other colors as well. Love!

I bought these in Maui years ago and I really like them a lot. I went from Reefs to these and won't go back. These are priced right and they hold up better than Reefs do. I love the suede sole and how they shape to your foot. I've had several brands in the past but I like these best. I like that they use recycled materials to make the sandal as well.

I have only worn the shoes 4 or 5 times. When buying sandals I usually buy a thong style. So I think of the skin between my toes as being pretty tough. The Ocean Minded Del Mar actually caused enough damage in the area that it scabbed! I will try again in a few weeks after the area has toughened from wearing other thong style sandals. Other than the thong part they are comfortable enough.

These sandals fit perfectly. Not too long, not undersized. The width is just perfect for M. Even though they do not have any arch support, I wore them on very long walks over several days; the only pair I took with me, in fact, and my feet did not feel tired or even sore. They felt so comfortable. I wear them a lot, and I even purchased the Island Green and pink colors. Beautiful, love them!

I am a Rainbow fanatic, but had to try these after I looked up info on Ocean Minded Del Mar. First day they fit like a glove, not like other thongs that get tight in between the toe. Felt like I had them for years, no need to break them in. I wear a 7.5 and order an 8.

These are cute but they really don't provide any more support than a flip flop and are about equally dressy. The color is fabulous, though--super pretty and fun.

These were really comfy; however, after 1 week of daily wear (I sit at a desk part of the day) they are all stretched out and hard to walk in without slipping off. Too bad, nice cute flip flop.

These sandals are so great! My old pair were the most comfortable and best looking I have ever had. These ones just don't look like the ones in the picture.

So comfortable - right out of the box! I love the height of the heel - not too high, nor too low. The color is sporty, but not blah like a plain color would be. Love them!

The stitching that joins the three straps irritates the top of my foot. I put adhesive tape on the stitching and a Bandaid on my foot. I hope once my foot heels I'll be able to wear these.

I agree with the reviewers who stated that the flip flop felt a whole size smaller. I generally wear a 9.5 or 10, and was hoping a 10 would work out, but my hell hung over the back edge of the flip flop. I'm going to order an 11 and cross my fingers, because I do like them very much. If I get a size that fits, I think they will be very comfortable.

I really like the style but I feel that the thong part should not lean back towards the foot...it should come straight up. If it did this my toes would be able to move more to the front of the flip flop.

I sized up to a 9 to accommodate slightly wide feet because many reviews said they run narrow. I found this to be a good recommendation. The straps feel loose though. The foot bed is soft and comfortable.

Sorry, wrote the review for the wrong sandal. these are the ones I purchased and ARE the ones I am very disappointed in. Very uncomfortable, so sorry I purchased them.

Strange, everyone seemed to love these shoes boasting their great comfort. I didn't find that at all. The straps cut into my feet where the thong part is and I have regular, not wide nor narrow, feet. Anyway, needless to say, though I liked the look of the sandal, I returned them.

I really like these shoes. The only thing is that while the fit is perfect in some spots, in other weird spots it is a little tight. After wearing them for a few hours they became really uncomfortable. This is probably because while I ordered a size 7, I would probably be better off with a 7.5 if these shoes had been available in half sizes. In an attempt to make them more comfortable I finally decided to try removing the footbed insole (which is easily removable -- just slides out), and replace it with a simple thinner insole I already had in a drawer. Go figure. Now the shoes are heavenly! They fit perfectly now, there is no more tightness in weird areas, and no more discomfort.

This shoe is cute for a casual simple beach look but not good for any extensive walking or standing of any type. Wore these shoes with boyfriend jean rolled up and they looked very cute. I recommend if your building your shoe wardrobe with a small budget!

Cute but uncomfortable! The toe strap is incredibly irritating and I've tried everything I can to make it more comfortable. Unfortunately, these are going to the Goodwill.

Simple shoes that have a Croc like feel to the insole. The outer fabric fits like a glove. These feel like flip flops without the flip or flop. I bought the turquoise color and it is exactly as pictured.

I've bought these once a year for the past 6 years! I wear them almost year round in NC and they are by far, the best flip flop ever! Great warranty if you save your receipt and have any issues with them. I highly recommend!
