These shorts run extremely small. I normally wear a 34, but I ordered a 36 just to be safe and I couldn't even pull these up! Other than that, they are made of recycled material, soft, and the color is popping. I would have kept these if they fit.

I bought my son the Oakley Boarding shorts for Jr Lifeguards along with a few other brands. He only wears the Oakleys because of the great fit and that they dry quickly.
Brands I'd also recommend: QUicksilver

These boardshorts are very nice. I am very happy with them, especially for the price. I suppose it goes without saying, but the white ones do have a liner. Also, like the other comment said, ordering one size bigger is a good idea.

Bought these shorts on June 10 for my son's Jr. Lifeguard course at on June 27th and by August 12th the fabric had just shredded. Not at a seam but right down the front leg.

I ordered a size up (36) based on reviews stating that these board shorts ran small. The 36 was huge on me - I am a size 34 and the size 34 is plenty big enough. Also, nice to find white board shorts with a liner.
