Yes, they were snug for about 5 minutes but relaxed immediately. They are super comfortable, but the style makes me feel frumpy.

Totally comfortable out of the box. I am not a nurse, but I love to wear slip-on so that I can kick them off under my desk. I would buy more from this brand if they had more fashionable choices.

The shoe fit very tight and didn't seem to want to loosen up. I had to take them off after 3 hours standing on my feet because my heels hurt. I have used a similar shoe from Nurse Mates the last 2 years with great success. Not these unfortunately. Thanks to Zappos I am not stuck with a shoe that doesn't work. Gotta love free shipping and returns.
