Overall:

Bought these shoes for my 101 year old MIL, who is sharp as a tack and active, but has trouble tying shoes because of arthritis in her hands. She also needs a "boxier" toe box for shoes to be comfortable. It was great to find something other than an athletic shoe for her. She loves these shoes because they fit and support very well. Because she was a nurse for 40+ years, she jokes that she's ready to go back onto the hospital floor in her "Nurse Mates." Also,compliments to Zappos because it took several returns and swaps to get a style and fit that worked, and Zappos made the process easy, quick and free! This is a huge boon for me, as my MIL finds shopping difficult because of macular degeneration, I'm the shoe shopper, and I'm now exclusively a Zappos shoe shopper.

Overall:

These shoes are comfortable but not great for long periods of time, such as longer than five hours of standing and walking. A bit on the homely looking side but practical and good value for the price.

Aloha, I ordered this pair of shoes for my wife and she just loves them. She was looking for a pair that was comfortable and yet looked good. When they arrived she was really happy with how they looked and when she put them on she was so pleased with how comfortable they were that she couldn't wait to wear them to work. She wore them to work a day or so later and couldn't believe how good her feet felt at the end of the day, even after 9+ hours.

They look great, but I must have an extra wide foot because they are too tight still. And they don't come in extra wide.

I love these very comfortable shoes! They were true to size and I did not experience any time to work them in, but rather they fit perfectly and felt terrific right away and throughout the day! I used to wear Clarks' Polar brand, but they must've stopped making them so I tried these and am very happy with them.

Nursemates Melody style. Love it. It\'s a lightweight shoe, very comfortable and great if you do a lot of walking or are on your feet all day. It\'s not high fashion but looks decent for a Mary Jane style. \r\n\r\nI ordered my regular size in a wide width (I usually order wide shoes) and found it true to fit. It\'s roomy enough without being irritating but you can\'t adjust the straps very much.

I work in a restaurant and on my feet for 7 to 8 hours a day. I have tried over the years to find shoes that were slip proof, light weight, good support and comfortable. That\'s a lot to ask of a shoe:) I had been wearing Uniform for Life shoes and they discontinued my style. I am very happy to have found the Arizona, they\'re lightweight, stylish, comfortable from day one. My only worry now is if they will hold up under all the walking I do, so far they are doing great and it\'s been a couple of months. I will definitely order another pair.

Probably the best nursing shoes I have ever worn. I have bunions and sore feet. I also stand on my feet all day. These are like soft slippers and my feet are not sore by the end of the day!

When I started a new job that involved standing all day, I knew I needed some comfortable shoes. These had good reviews so I went with them over other brands (like Skechers). I'm very pleased with my decision! There definitely was a breaking in period of about a week, and now these shoes are golden. I wear them all day with minimal foot ache, 5 days a week. I found them quite true to size and a good width for me (I have average sized feet). They also look nice and the tread is decent enough for walking all around the city in the rain. Overall, these are an excellent shoe for people who are on their feet all day and want something a little more attractive.

The Nurse Mates Marci is an extremely lightweight and comfortable shoe. This has great arch support and your heel doesn't slide around in them. They are very well made and durable. I am sure I will wear them a lot!

1st time ordering shoes online. Quite impressed with the customer service. Received the shoes the next day. After 3 weeks had to take them them to a shoemaker to stretch them out as the shoes still remained a snug in the width. Ordered a D width. Overall, I like the style.

The shoes are perfect. I put them on and wore them non-stop at my Dental Hygiene job for 9 hours the first day. I ordered them online at around 7:00pm on a Wednesday night and they arrived at my home at 4:00pm the next day. Amazing.

Very comfortable shoes, but they wear out quickly. The inside of the back just frayed. Also, the surface got scuffed very quickly. They moved very quickly from work shoes to bumming-around-the-yard shoes. These were the toffee color.

These are great nursing shoes but I'm not a nurse. I wear these shoes to massage therapy school. They are great with all the scrubs I wear for school. I ordered my regular size 6 and they are a perfect fit. My feet are on the narrow side so keep that in mind. Zappos is the best shop.

These shoes are quite comfortable, good for walking. The back is a little stiff against my ankle, but doesn\'t rub. They look good with jeans or pants.

I bought these shoes thinking they were comfortable and just as someone mentioned on here, I also got a blister in my ankle after wearing it the first day. This shoe is very hard to put on since it is really stiff and doesn’t open really well when you try to stretch it out. I definitely don’t recommend this shoe.

I love these shoes. I work 12 hour shifts on very hard floors and these are the most comfortable shoes that I have worn. They are very soft and lightweight. The only thing I don\'t like is the heel height, I find that these shoes would be a little more comfortable with higher heels.

I am a nursing student and I received these shoes as a gift and I LOVE them! They are extremely comfortable. I am on my feet for long periods during clinicals and my feet are never tired. I will definitely will continue to wear these when I am a nurse!

I bought these shoes because I am on my feet all day teaching. They are seriously the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I just love them, and when it says "wide width", these definitely are. There are two things I would slightly improve upon: the straps on top can't cinch tight enough for my feet, but it doesn't pose a problem, they just feel a little loose on top of the foot. Also, they look nice with long pants, but they could be styled a little more attractively on top.
