Zappos shipped the shoes promptly & they arrived in less time than expected. The shoes fit super. I wear them at least 4 times/week & walk 3-4 miles at lunch. No break-in period was required.

Service from Zappos was tremendous! The shoes were a bit disappointing. The shoe feels larger than it should according to its size. It is not a comfortable shoe at all. The sole is extremely stiff. If you are 200 lbs. or larger I wouldn't recommend this shoe.

I got these shoes for Christmas this year and although I have only worn them twice, I found them to be very comfortable. I did a good bit of walking both times and the shoes felt good.

You can never be sure if a wide shoe will truly be what you're hoping for. This fits very comfortably and looks good, too.

Nice product! Many times I have had comfort difficulties with new shoes that leave after a breaking-in period. In this case I couldn\'t tell they were new during a very long day including a wedding and a reception. I was very pleased.
I'd also recommend: I purchased wide tennis shoes from Zappos-New Balance size 11 that have been more than excellent for 4 years now. They were severely tested in harsh tennis matches for the first 2 years and showed little wear . They remain comfortable today in casual usage.
