Two months after buying these something broke, and the left shoe now makes a hissing sound every time I step down. Really annoying, and loud enough that I'll have to get a new pair of shoes (not this kind, of course) to avoid embarrassment.

This is a great looking shoe and is comfortable, but it is very poor quality. The shoe becomes damaged sitting in its original box and after wearing it once, its finish is flaking off. It looked great for one day, that is it.

This is an excellent shoe. The finish is very good and all one has to do is rub off the scuff marks with your thumb. Very comfortable shoe. I purchased the black shoe and plan to purchase the burgundy as well. I highly recommend it.

Low quality product. Do not waste your money! Finish flaked off before it was even taken out of the box. Show didn't even feel like it was made of leather.

Finish did flake off, you can probably polish it. What's worse was the fit, ran wider and did not fit contours of foot very well. Was too loose in some places and too tight in others. Will spend more and find a replacement.

I've owned two pair of Nunn Bush captoe shoes as my "best" dress shoes for years. I bought this pair thinking it would be a suitable replacement. But these lack the elegance of the prior shoes. They look chunky and clunky. They would be fine daily business casual shoes, but they fall short as professional dress shoes. I bought a pair of Cole Haan Cassady instead and am very pleased.
