I have a very wide foot and finding a good fitting shoe at a decent price is difficult. I could not be happier with Zappos! I ordered a pair of shoes and they were not wide enough. I called and they helped get me into the exact shoes that I needed. They paid to return the other shoes and sent the new ones out immediately. Great shoes, great price and excellent customer service. You can't lose with Zappos!
