Overall:

Shoes were promised in four days; they came in one. Wonderful service. The shoes were just as I imagined them from the photos. They are comfortable. They seem to run about a half size large.

I had been casually looking for this pair of shoes for some time without much luck, and one evening decided to try Zappos.com. Within seven minutes, I had located the exact pair of shoes I wanted, set up my account and ordered the shoes. Within a few days, I had the shoes in hand. They fit perfectly and are exactly what I was looking for! \r\n\r\nI have since ordered a second pair and will shop Zappos first from here on out!

Nunn Bush is one classic shoe. Comfortable, its style in the interior is good since I always feel in other shoes the width is not good, but in Nunn Bush the width is comfortable.

These shoes are great in every way except for the laces. I purchase two pairws each time I buy these. One black pair and the other a brown pair. Within 5-6 months the laces start falling apart. The inner part of the lace separates from the outer part. And finding laces for these shoes is not easy. Other wise for someone that needs a wire shoe these can\'t be beat.

The boots were great. I bought them for a theatrical production and the actor said they were true to size and comfortable. Also they looked great, which is what I needed for the look of the show.

I have wide feet and so it's almost impossible to find any selection of shoes which fit me in a regular shoe store. Zappos has such an amazingly good selection of shoes available in wide fittings that I'm almost "spoiled for choice". I love that I can return ones I don't want with no shipping cost. It means I can try a few pairs at home and keep only the ones that are perfect.The Nunn Bush Eagans I just bought look great. The second time I wore them was to a formal ball. We danced the night away and my feet were so comfortable, you'd never know I was wearing brand new shoes! Thank you Zappos.

I had been in search in a 4e width in this style for a very long time. I was so happy when Zappos ended my search with an affordable name brand shoe. Best of all the shoe is so comfortable. It truly met all expectations in terms of style and comfort. Thanks Zappos.

It is so difficult to put shoes on my elderly father, but these shoes that I purchased for him are wonderful. The shoes are well-made, look great and they are so easy for him to get on. I will definitely purchase these shoes again. And, thank you Zappos for providing me excellent service.

I was very satisfied with Zappos. They were willing to return the shoe that I ordered and send another size. This one fit perfectly. The sizing, color, look and feel of this shoe boot is perfect. I have a problem with my size because I have a wide foot. This shoe fits perfectly.

The first pair of shoes I ordered was a little too wide and the customer representative arranged to have a replacement pair shipped while the first pair was in the return process. The next morning I received my new shoes and they are perfect.\r\nI\'ve shopped with Zappos for almost 10 years; and I have to say this incident of customer service was not exceptional, it has been the rule for all these years.

What a comfortable shoe! Never had loafers before (have a slight perm. injury to large toe) but these feet the bill. The price was a foot below others.

Great fit and style, too! My husband has a hard time finding shoes to fit due to his wide width and high arch. This one definitely fills the bill. We've ordered it in black and are now waiting for it to become available in his width in the burgundy/brown color. It was available in bone, but the color did not appeal to us. The service from Zappos is wonderful and my husband hates to go shopping at the stores so having free shipping and free return is an added feature for us. Would definitely recommend both the shoes and Zappos.

I would not recommend buying this shoe. The style is nothing special, and they are uncomfortable after wearing all day. They sit very low on the ankle. I gave this shoe a try because it was on sale. Spend more money on a better pair of shoes.

These are definitely the best sandals I\\\'ve ever owned and the service from Zappos was first rate.\\r\\nThe only complaint I have about the sandals is that the center panel is not sewed where it joins with the rest of the shoe so it moves from side to side a bit exposing the stitches underneath. Not a big deal, though.

These shoes are excellent for everyday wearing because they are absolutely comfortable. They are excellent for casual or dress. They are true to size. Money well spent. I bought these shoes for my fiance, they became his favorite pair. He wears them every day now to work. We had to go to a wedding last weekend he had them on and they looked very nice under his suit pants.

Bought these shoes for my husband to replace the exact same ones he wore all the time for 3 years while stationed in Germany and touring all over Europe. These are very comfortable and require no break-in. Perfect with jeans, but also look good for dressier occasions. It's just an amazing multi-task shoe. My husband has very sensitive feet and he loves them. While waiting for these to arrive, he had a trip back to the States and had to pull out some other shoes he had bought years ago and forgot about. They were great too, but he always wore the Nunn Bush instead! Worth every penny.

Really nice sandals for dress. They did start to bother my feet after wearing them for a long day. Not a good walking sandal to wear for many hours. They just don't have a lot of cushion on the bottom, otherwise the fit is very comfortable.

Super comfortable with tons of support. I was a guy that wore sneakers all the time. Not anymore. Casual enough to wear daily or dressy enough to wear with a suit.

Very nice boots, great for work and special events. It took some getting used to to drive in them (especially with the clutch pedal), and on tile surfaces, be careful to not slip! There's minimal traction on smooth surfaces. However, they are comfortable.

The sandles required some breaking in, but proved to be very comfortable. I\'ve hiked in the Rocky Mountains with them and it seems the more I wear them, the more comfortable they become.
