I had previously bought this pair of jeans at Nordstrom. I could not believe how perfect they fit and how good they made me look. I normally wear a size 24 but this style runs roomier. I bought 2 more pair because these are the perfect office casual jeans. They look like trousers, stay dark after washing, and look great every time. I've even received compliments. I think this is the best pair of jeans I've ever owned.

These are the best jeans that I have ever owned. Being large makes it very difficult to find jeans that fit well, are comfortable and look great! Expensive by my standards but worth every penny! They also wash up well!

Love these jeans! Expensive but well worth it. The waist band is great - no gap sticking out in back like all my other jeans. Next time I would order one size smaller though.

I love these jeans, they run a little long for me. I am 5'7" but it is not unusual for me to have to get pants shortened a little. I will probably dress these jeans up for work, I work in a casual environment and they will be perfect.
Brands I'd also recommend: Coldwater Creek

While NYDJ are very comfortable and fit well for larger women there are a few things that are not so great, most are very long (extra cost for shortening), cut is too wide (can't find very many straight cut options), price and wear. Of the 3 pairs I have had for 1 year, all have worn out a lot quicker than other jeans and I don't wear them all the time so it seems a bit quick for me.

This is the third pair of this brand that I've owned. They are indeed comfy, cute, and flattering -- but the quality of the pairs I own is just not that great. Frankly, I'm surprised at the glowing reviews! In all three pairs I own, the fabric has quickly grown thin and pilled, especially on the inner thighs, in less than six months. I expect that from a pair of cheap jeans, but when I'm paying a lot, I'd like to think the jeans would last a little longer.
Brands I'd also recommend: Svoboda jeans -- super flattering for plus sized ladies, and VERY durable.
