These are the best fitting jean I have EVER owned or tried on & I have tried a million being an old hippie!! I am tall & big & have big legs, but these jeans fit like they were made for me & still gave me room in my bg legs. I have a short torso which is unusual for long-legged women -- even the rise fits me! They are well-made, too. I never thought I would pay so much for jeans, but they are worth every penny! They wash & dry so easily without shrinking or needing ironing (in the blue denim). Thanks Zappos -- I would never have found them if not for you & your perfect website!

I absolutely love these jeans! I have bought 3 pair now ! I can wear a regular size 18 but they are super tight on my calves, I have thick thighs and calves, the size 16W fit like a dream. I feel like my legs along have lost 20 pounds!I am getting rid of my jeans and just going to have NYDJ!

Great Jeans! These are the most comfortable jeans I have ever owned! I would have to agree with one of the reviewers, they are too wide in the calf area. Otherwise, these are great!

Great fit & very comfortable - I really like these jeans because they fit well and are nice and long - plus they're very black. My only complaint is the legs are a little too full around the calves; otherwise they're purrfect!

OMG! Fabulous Fit! Ordered the overdyed boot cut in black, size 20 yesterday. They got here today (thanks Zappos!). I tried them on at lunchtime and just ordered another pair! Like nothing you've ever felt. When you're hard to fit, you appreciate something that feels and looks good. These do!

The jeans are wonderful. The only problem I had was they were way too long and I could not find anything that state average, long tall, etc. Love the jeans after getting them hemmed. Would love to not have to worry about that each time I order a pair. They are true to size too.

These jeans had a long crotch. I am admittedly short waisted, but I have never seen jeans with a crotch this long. It comes right up under my breasts. Otherwise, I like the fit and the color but I know that crotch on the size 28 is longer than 12 inches.
