I love these jeans. They are very comfortable and run true-to-size. I am 48 years old and I feel they are stylish and somewhat trendy. I do wish they had some detailing on the pockets to "jazz" them up a bit. The higher rise is comfortable, and I think a little more flattering than some other typical "mom" jeans. I think they are a little pricey, but am very happy with my purchase.

I was afraid of the description of these jeans, since I am neither skinny or twiggy! I wear a 14 Petite, and have muscular calves that don't work well with the popular "jeggings". It was a pleasant surprise to find that these hit right at my natural waist, and look as if they were custom made for me. Great alternative to my other favorite boot-cut jean. Thanks NYDJ. Love the lightweight fabric too. Make it in black please, with just this amount of stretch. (My black jeans with more spandex in them bag out badly.)

These jeans are terrific! Lightweight, very very dark blue, and not too hot. I can't imagine why I wear a size 6 petite when usually I am say a 10, but in NYD Jeans I am a 6 petite. Actually, I now seldom wear anything but a pair of NYD jeans.

I wouldn't think of myself as a Twiggy type, being a woman who remembers that model from my childhood. I am between a 2P and 4P and these fit me well in a size 4P (5'4 at 108 lbs). Lightweight denim is a good match for summer and fall weather in my part of the country, but will be too light for winter. Dark color of these is so versatile and current for fashion trends. They did shrink up maybe 1/2 in length on first laundering and that was good for me as inseam was just a tad long. Petites in NYDJ can be tough to find and Zappos has the best selection.

These jeans are OK, not fabulous. The initial fit gapped at the waist and the light stretchy fabric made the jeans too baggy and frumpy by the end of the day. I kept them only because my past similar pair became too old and I was desperate for fresh jeans. But they're not as good as the last similar pair. NYDJ is my favorate jeans brand, though.
