This hat was nicer and fit better than expected. It is so comfortable to wear I'm never in a hurry to take it off.

This is a beautiful hat, it looks much more expensive than it is. It runs a little big. If you are trying to decide between two sizes go with the smaller one.

My son loves his cowboy hat! Not only was the online shopping so easy, the customer service representatives on the phone were amazing! So cheerful, positive and helpful. The website is even positive and uplifting including the adorable "whoo-hoo's"! The shipping was super fast too! Great job Zappos. I'll be back!

The hat is better than the picture shows. The detailing is really nice and the color is a rich brown. They shipped it fast and packaged it so nothing could have happened to it!
