These shoes are fabulous! They are adorable and go with everything! Love them - wear them all the time. They're also really comfortable.

Very nice looking shoe, but not too comfortable. It does run half a size larger. I normally wear a 9, but this was too loose. Feet kept slipping out. Unfortunately I made the mistake of wearing it out expecting it to fit like my other Nine West size 9s. So ordered the 8.5 that fit much better, and are a keeper. Does need breaking in though. And Zappos, your service is awesome. Wow isn't just a paper value....you live it!

Love this shoe but the straps were far too loose. I am always a size 7 but the size 7 were slipping off because of the loose straps and I have to return them. I am going to try the 6 1/2 for a tighter fit but think the length of the shoe will be too short in a smaller size.

I am returning this bag. I purchased the multi black color with the sparkles. In time, I know they will come off so I am returning it.

I like the look of these shoes a lot, but they run a bit too narrow for my semi-wide foot. Too bad. The thick heel strap was more flattering than I expected and I love the back zipper. Seemed to run true to length, but better for narrow feet.

These shoes are very cute and comfortable. The low wedge gives a little height while still being comfortable to wear all day at the office. The leather and the quality of these seem to be very good as well. Would definitely recommend!

I got the nude patent color. Really pretty and comfortable for the height. I had to put in heel inserts but I do in most shoes. One size down would have been too small, so I kept my normal size of 7.5. Great shoe for all kinds of outfits!

Shoe is already falling apart after only 4 wears.

Just your basic black pump with a good size heel that doesn't make you want to rip your shoes off constantly.

I love these boots! They are chic, funky and comfortable. I can wear them all day without my feel hurting. They are true to size. I would buy another pair without thinking twice.

I wasn't sure what the height of these would look like but they are perfect, tall enough to not look old lady but not so tall that I fall over. They also have the perfect amount of pointiness to them and not so pointy that the shoe looks strangely long and your toes are squished but enough to look sexy. Can wear with business attire or with a cute dress for a date.

I got these in the off white/ivory color and they are so beautiful and elegant. The look is classic and I can't imagine these going out of style anytime soon. The fit is really great and true to size (I have small and slightly narrow feet so these were perfect for me). They are a really great flat for work and look casual enough if I want to wear them out to dinner as well.

Love! I live in the city and needed a nice work pump that I could walk around in all day and all over the city...these are fab! They look nice and are super comfy and not super tall. Would definitely recommend for the price!

Zappos you are still da bomb as far as customer service, and the quality of your merchandise. I literally ordered these boots, got them in 2 days as usual, did not get ripped off for a bunch of extras, i.e., s&h and taxes, because I live in Hawaii. Anyway, I was on my way out of the door, got the boots, opened them, put them on, and was struttin' my stuff for over 6 hrs. w/zero break-in time and lots of eyes of envy on these gems. They are sexy, but not over the top, and the leather is like butter inside n out. Also, I have a med-high arch and had zero aches or pain! I came on here lookin' for a 2nd pair because I'm hard on my shoes, but they don't have my size anymore. But ladies u cant go wrong w/these. And if you ever receive something you don't like, just talking to the staff is a good as a new pair of shoes, or a handbag, and that's good. I love you Zappos n staff, keep up the good work.

Beautiful pump but the sizing is so off. I own two pairs. Thanks to other reviews I bought the first pair 1/2 size smaller (the taupe leather). I broke the leather ones right away & they fit perfect. Second pair I bought in the nude patent leather (beautiful color) also half size smaller since my own size was way too large, shoes kept slipping off. I have to take these pair to the shoemaker since it's patent they are too tight for me to break them in so hopefully they will be able to do it for me.

I love these for work! They are stylish without being too trendy, and they are pretty comfortable considering how high the heels are. I wouldn't want to be on my feet in them all day, however.
