I bought these boots for my daughter in college. She has tiny narrow feet and slender legs so is hard to fit. These boots worked perfectly and she loves the style and comfort. She usually wears a 5.5 in most shoes but these she fit in the 5.

These boots are very lightweight and feel like slippers. They are very, very flat with no support whatsoever, and the sole is slippery. Also, the braiding on the sides is openwork, so don't expect warmth. I am returning them.

Great looking boot. Very comfy, but runs large. I had to send back my first order and get a half size smaller. When I ordered the same boot in black, it ran even larger, even though I ordered a half size down!
