I agree with the other reviewer. I wanted to love this shoe and I wanted it in every color, but there is a gap on the back of each heel that makes them slip right off.

Like other reviewers, I noticed a slight gap in the heel. However, it's nothing that an adhesive heel pad in the back wouldn't fix if you were to find it troublesome. I don't need it at all! This pair of heels are, without exaggeration, the most comfortable pair of heels I've owned. Given that I usually prefer very comfy, supportive brands like Merrell, Born, etc.--that's really saying something because these shoes don't have a lot of "cushion," per se. Instead, the slight platform offsets most of the troublesome angle of the heels. I've never had heels this high be so comfortable! The shape is flattering and versatile; just enough pointy-toe for going out, and just enough rounding for work. I've been walking around in them all day and my feet feel fantastic! These are the perfect, basic, black pump!

I do not recommend these shoes. The toe is too narrow and the heel is way to wide. They look a bit matronly, as well. The heel height is comfortable with the substantial platform, but they are just unwearable unless you've got tiny toes and fat heels.

I ordered these shoes in the natural leather color, and when I got them I didn't like the color at all. They looked sort of orange to me, and I thought they would be closer to a subtle tan color. Maybe in another color they would be nice, but that wasn't what I was looking for.

This is a truly classy pump. I have narrow feet and had bunion surgery on my left foot in August leaving it looking beautiful but slightly larger than my right. So far, these are the only platform pumps that are comfortable. As mentioned, by other reviewers they slip in the heel, but for me it is only the right one so a heel pad should take care of it. I ordered my regular size.

This shoe is cute! However, the heel slips because the shoe doesn't bend. I compared it to my other similar pumps and there must be some steel shank along the bottom of the shoe because it doesn't bend at all which is why the heel pulls off even though it isn't really any looser than my other pumps. Despite this, I am keeping these shoes and will try the heel grabbers because they look great. Good padding under sole of foot too.

I am surprised by the quality of these shoes, I rarely buy this brand preferring Cole Haan, Weitzman or other higher end brands. These are an excellent value. I will note that the finish (a very slight iridescent or metallic look, very subtle but beautiful) had a few flaws but since the color of the shoe is light, it was not very noticeable. They are very comfortable and easy to walk in. I added a heel grip as I always do with platforms - since a platform is not flexible it causes your heel to slip out when you take a step, a heel grip always resolves the issue for me. I found these true to size and width. Overall, a pleasant surprise to find such a good quality shoe for this price. And as always, Zappos is great - the best online retailer around without a doubt!

These are so stiff that when you walk, they basically fly off your feet. Not a good design.

Ugh..I love the look of this shoe and I am so sad to have to send them back. Every step my heel comes out. I ordered two sizes...even the one that fits falls off. The heel is just two wide for a shoe that doesn't bend or something. So disappointed because I wanted these a while and now I have to keep looking for a patent leather pump.

I love these shoes. Wearing a twelve, most shoes sized as 12's fall anywhere between 11 1/2 and 12 1/2. There are very few shoes that guarantee a consistent fit for 12. Like other reviewers, I did find the back area a bit large, meaning my foot did slip out of the shoe a bit. If you're willing to purchase an insert, it's not a big deal. The heel is stable, and the cushion in the front is wonderful. I've worn them for a full day at work. I can run in heels, and I wouldn't recommend it for these. Not a 3 event work day shoe, but if you have a calmer day, I would them.

I love the style of the shoe. They run wider than a typical Nine West shoe. I have trouble keeping them on my feet, even with shoe inserts.

Nice design, comfortable cushioning in the foot bed; however, the left shoe slips at the heel, even with an insert. It appears the left shoe is bigger than the right. I even purchased 1/2 size smaller than I normally do because I read the reviews.

I love the looks of these shoes but I had the same problem as other people - the shoe slips off at the heel, really bad. I couldn't walk in them at all. I hobbled. I ordered them in a size 8 but they are too large to wear. I'm exchanging them for a 7.5. I hope that fixes the problem. They're adorable.

Slip off heel & painful to bunions! These are the most painful shoes I've ever purchased. I made the mistake of wearing them outside so now I can't return them. They keep slipping off my heel which causes pressure on the front of my foot, the front arch hits directly on my bunion. Its a shame because style-wise they are the perfect work shoe - perfect height & style. Painful - I just wasted the money; wish I could return. I will think twice about ordering a Nine West shoe again.

Great looking shoes with just the right heel height. However, decided to return them as the heel is just way too wide (as commented by other reviewers). Although the shoes are just big enough, my heels slip out with every step, making these shoes very uncomfortable to wear.

These shoes look great but are very uncomfortable. They were the perfect shoe to wear on a recent business trip. Very classy yet stylish. After an hour or so I wish I had brought along a second pair of shoes to change to. I have a narrow foot and they were still very tight across the toe area.

I'm so disappointed with these shoes! When I walked around on the carpeting they were uber comfortable. However, after just a few hours in an office, the back of the shoe started to slip off my feet. I stuffed the front with tissue and when that didn't work I purchased those cushions for the heel. Still nothing worked.
